Fun Family Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I searched for a long time to find a condo at cinnamon shores with 2 twins rather than a bunk bed bc I have rambunctious toddler boys. Highly recommend if you’re in my boat. My kids slept great. Loved the layout. Bring your pillow from home if you need a more supportive pillow but otherwise was a great stay and we will be back !

We're so glad your little ones slept great and that the layout worked perfectly for your family. We'll note the pillow feedback as well. We cannot wait to welcome you and your boys back!

Fall 2025 getaway

Thank you for sharing your experience and for continuing to choose to stay with us, we truly appreciate our returning guests. We are so sorry to hear about the unexpected interruption on your extended departure. That’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have, especially when an extended checkout has been approved. We’ve followed up with our exit teams to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. We’re grateful for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back for a smooth and relaxing next trip to the beach!

Perfect Setup

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although getting into the condo was a little confusing (the elevator is not obvious to find). Once in, the experience was amazing. The condo was clean, spacious and overall a perfect setup for my family of 4.

Adorable and accommodating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is so cute and accommodating for a family of four. The only thing that needs improvement are the sheets. It was like sleeping on sandpaper, especially the king bed - you may want to bring your own sheets, that’s the only reason I’m mentioning. Otherwise, great place.

Beautiful scenery and smoky air

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, well maintained rental. In a great location too. Unfortunately, the unit has a faint cigarette smoke odor, so much so that when we got home from vacation, all of our clothes wreaked of smoke. We did let the property mgmt team know and they offered to spray Febreeze, but I don't think that will fix the odor. For paying this much money to stay in a luxury property, it should not smell of cigarettes. Also, while no fault of the property mgmt, the noise from 3rd floor tenants transmits easily. You could hear every movement, constant running around, etc. For these reasons I would not stay here again.

Thank you so much for this review and for letting our team know during your stay. We completely agree a cigarette smoke odor in a luxury property is simply not acceptable, and we understand that Febreeze is not a lasting solution. We are looking into a more thorough remediation to ensure this is fully resolved for future guests. We also hear you on the noise transmission and understand how disruptive that can be. We are truly sorry these issues overshadowed what should have been a perfect stay, and we hope you'll give us another chance to deliver the luxury experience you deserved.

A Serene Little Home For A Perfect Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this condo. It has everything you need and the one thing that was missing (cutting boards) I called the front desk and they brought us some brand new ones within a couple of hours. The only reason we wouldn't stay in this particular unit again is that the light from the passageway come into the smaller bedroom. My daughter needs a dark room to sleep in and could not sleep in this room, hence ended up on our bed.

Nice Condo For A Family Near Dune Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit. Very clean. Great showers. Nice light. The photos of the condo need to be updated as the living room furniture is completely different than the image shown. The king bed was comfortable but the twin beds were hard and uncomfortable. Short walk to Dune pool.

Bedroom closet locked!Nowhere to hang clothes or store belongings

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place! But we were a bit disappointed and confused that the owner chose to keep the bedroom clothes closet locked for their own personal storage. Our guests were not able to hang their clothes or store their suitcases and bags, and there were no dresser drawers in that bedroom to put clothes away as well. Unfortunately it was awkward and embarrassing, as our guests had to put everything on the floor around the beds which took up needed floor space to walk around in their bedroom.

Amazing Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Serenity was the perfect spot for our family. The condo was very clean and well supplied. We loved the second bedroom with the two twin beds for kids. The balcony had a great view of the grassy common area and we got to hear live music at night. The amenities at Cinnamon Shore were also great. Dylan's Pizza was amazing and the pools were super fun.One gripe: the move-in/move-out process was a little annoying. We were on the second floor and had lots of bags to bring in. There was a luggage cart in the building, but it was rusted from the salt air and literally falling apart, so we couldn't use it very well. There are also a bunch of annoying raised transitions on the floor when you go from the hallway to the elevator room that make it tough to wheel luggage in. Small improvements in this area would make the stay perfect. Otherwise, we had an awesome time.

Perfect for our family’s long weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Serenity was the perfect home away from away! There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and the condo was beautiful. It has everything we could have needed with small details that made the difference like games and puzzles for our kids. We loved being able to look over town center and watch the concert on Saturday night. All of the restaurants were a steps from our door and access to the beach was so easy and right down the street.

Great Condo But No Pool Towels

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice clean condo with comfortable beds. Most importantly NO Pets so good for people with allergies and no dangerous bunk beds. However, also not a single pool towel nor kitchen towel provided by owners. Also there’s a security lock unaided down very low so our kids managed to lock themselves inside the unit. We had to call maintenance and wait for a ladder to get up to 2nd story balcony. Additionally, the heated pool was not warm enough to swim in this year so disappointing. We’ve had better experiences at Cinnamon Shores - staff wouldn’t even provide additional kitchen towels. Then finally on last day some new towels with tags still on arrived.
