Fresh, navy-and-white décor and proximity to North Town Center, the Dune Pool, and on-site restaurants makes the choice to book “Easy Like Sunday Morning,” well, easy! The luxe, second-floor condo invites you to share three bedrooms and spend time in a living area with designer details and authentic coastal style.
AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a casual seaside bistro, an all-day café, and a pizzeria.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: Gather in a gracious, open-concept space, where comfortable den flows to dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Dine or play games on the round table for six, where chairs made of woven natural fiber fit into the island aesthetic. Seat four more guests at the kitchen island for easy breakfast or lunches, and enjoy using the kitchen’s prep space and stainless appliances. A navy rug and blue tile backsplash accent the all-white walls, furnishings, and shiplap to create a space that’s unmistakably inspired by sea and sky. The entire room opens to a balcony with Town Center views for extended living space.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: A sumptuous primary, king bedroom suite opens to the balcony, with one end of the outdoor space reserved for the occupants of this elegant room. Enjoy rocking chairs as you sip morning and overlook the community! At night, heavy, tied-back curtains close for a good night sleep! A queen bedroom suite offers guests their own private haven, with an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in, glass-front shower with marbleized tilework. Finally, a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk sleeps three and shares a full bathroom with the main living area.
MORE GREAT FEATURES: You’ll have access to a gas grill just behind the condo building. And two dedicated parking spots make arrival and departure easy. From this residential building, it’s an easy walk to the Dune Pool, fitness center, and other amenities at “North,” and on-site restaurants Lisabella’s Bistro and Dylan’s pizzeria are at North Town Center just across the street!

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Easy Like Sunday Morning is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering All Day Long the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
