Located slope-side at Park City Mountain Resort, The Lodge at Mountain Village #303 offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience and a comfortable, well-appointed retreat for up to six guests. This 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for both winter and summer getaways, with direct access to the slopes and a central location near shops, restaurants, and the ice skating rink.

Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living space featuring a gas fireplace, a full kitchen with dining island, and a small balcony offering courtyard and mountain views. The master bedroom includes a king bed, while the loft bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The unit also includes air conditioning for warmer months and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Overall the space was clean but well worn. Bathrooms are stuffy, kitchen wear could use an ikea refresh. Pool was great for the kids and location can't be beat.

Great place for a family vacation on the mountain. Very convenient on the mountain with sufficient cooking amenities for a quick lunch or elaborate dinners. Perfect for a family of four.

Excellent property right on the slopes!

I loved this condo. It was a great location for a weekend ski trip. Right on the slopes and also convenient for equipment rentals, coffee, and a few restaurants. The team was great to communicate with. Highly recommend and would book again!

Great place

Nice place and you can’t beat the location! Clean and comfortable with all the necessities Easy check in and out. Parking garage is convenient. We love staying at the Mountain Lodge because it is right at the bottom of the mountain. We could see the jumps and half pipe from the balcony. Fun to watch while grabbing a snack in between skiing sessions.

A quick trip to park city

Easy to rent, just as expected. Helpful in arranging airport transfers and other needs. Right on the mountain. Close to lifts, tickets, free bus town (also a short walk). We would stay here again.

Great location in Park City!

Our first time in Park City and we really loved this location. We were a short walk to ski school and ski storage areas. Also, we could walk into town, which was nice. Sandra at CooperWynn was excellent to deal with. Very helpful in arranging everything we needed ahead of our arrival. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Well appointed unit w/ EXCELLENT ski access

The unit was very well equipped and maintained, all the beds were very comfortable including the sleeper sofa. Everything worked well, and the 100 yard walk to the Payday lift / 200 yard walk to the Crescent lift was a great bonus. Thank you!

Clean, Cozy, Convenient and well stocked

The condo was very clean and the location was great! We loved being located in Mountain Village. It was very convenient to the slopes, shops, restaurants, etc…. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The property manager was very responsive and helpful in lining up grocery delivery, airport transportation and sharing helpful information.l about the area. The ski locker room was not conveniently located to our unit so we ended up using the complimentary ski storage option from where we rented our equipment. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Short 3 day stay

We only had two full days at the resort but we had a great time. Everyone is super friendly there and clean at all of the places of business at the resort. Our only issue was we arrived at Mindy and had trouble following the directions to the door that would lead us to our room. We want to go around for a little bit. Maybe a little bit clearer directions could help some. The condo itself was very clean and had everything you need with even extra towels under each sink. We would definitely stay again!

Expensive ski in ski out

Property is older than pictures. Kitchen has been upgraded and is newer. Smoke alarm goes off when using toaster or even making hot water. Must use fan if planning even basic cooking. Master BR toilet ran continuously, plumber quickly came to fix it, but it was sporadically working. Just old. Most important problem was old mattress in master BR. Pillows and mattress were old and saggy. Master BR smelled musty, it was the comforter. We bought a scented candle to deal with smell. Property was extremely expensive, probably in part due to Sundance Festival week. But either way, this property is over-priced. Consider staying here only if you've been assured that the mattress has been replaced.
