We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable, and the proximity to the beach was reasonable. This is the best place we have stayed at on Paradise Island for the past three years.

Cozy and clean

The house was clean and the pictures online were exactly what the house looked like and better. The house was spacious, the kitchen was organized and had everything to make a home cooked meal. Would recommend this place to anyone. The host was easy to contact and fast at responding. Lovey place to relax.

Chic Coastal Eacape

House was beautiful. Was not a fan of the neighborhood and there was no beach access on this road for golf carts or cars. The breaker for the water heater kept tripping. The master bedroom on the top floor was beautiful but wished it was on bottom level. I loved that one of the bedrooms bunk bed were queen size. Just wished the other room hat had bunk beds were queens also. The washer/dryer were great. The outdoor fire pit did not work and we did not see an electric BBQ grill only had a fire grill that was pretty dirty.

Great Large Accomodation

Overall, the stay was great and property exactly as described. We would absolutely stay again. The outdoor fire pit was a bit tricky to keep lit, but with a little adjusting it would finally stay, but on high only. Not a big deal. We made a walk down to the beach and discovered the very large mosquitoes protecting it; lol. Honestly, just weren’t prepared with bug spray for this time of year and we made due. While stripping the beds, we did see that a few mattresses were a bit stained, which was disappointing, and would have never been discovered if a mattress protector was on. Again, these are just the few very minor feedback I noted. Overall a great stay and a great place with plenty of parking and everything you could need.

Beautiful beach house - great management, but wish it was a closer walk to the beach!

House was impeccably beautiful, well stocked kitchen for cooking, good number of towels and very clean! Property manager was responsive and helpful. It was just frustrating that we were super hot upstairs on the first night due to vents being closed. Technicians fixed the problem the next morning- thank goodness! Property manager made up for up with a late check out and additional night offer. We appreciated the late check out and had a great stay. Would have loved to stay additional night if our schedule had accommodated it. Would suggest more towel hooks and towel bars in all bathrooms for number of guests the house can accommodate. Also, please add optional window shades in the master bedroom. Natural light is great, but way to bright in the morning! Thank you! Lain Porter

Perfect get away with plenty of space

Very close to beach, whether by walk or drive. House was clean and came with everything needed to enjoy the weekend. The deck was great to watch the sunset or sunrise. We grilled burgers and had everything we needed there to grill. Everyone who stayed enjoyed their time and the house. Host was very quick to respond and we appreciated the hospitality. We will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Nice place

Exactly what we needed for our group of 12! The stairs on the twin bunks were a little wobbly, but we appreciate all the seasonings, pots, pans and tons of coffee there! It did get a little warm in there, but maybe because so many people were going in and out all the time!

Clean and up-to-date

The place was very clean and up-to-date. We stayed Friday evening through Monday morning. When we first got there it was hot and temp was about 77 degrees. I lowered it but four hours later it was still the same. We called the guest contact and she got someone over to look at it. When we woke up in the morning the temp was 79 degrees. The guest contact has someone else come out. The temp did start going down and it was cooler by the time family came Sunday. The house was equipped with a lot of functional items so we weren’t needing to run out and get extra items. The internet worked better in the am but not at all in the evening.

Beautiful comfortable home

This is a beautiful home. Well kept and taken care of. Our whole family enjoyed our stay. Everything is as exactly as described. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic house for large family and friends group

This house has everything you need. Well stocked kitchen, all beds are very comfortable, large bathrooms, commercial size washer and dryer, all new appliances and owner is absolutely fantastic! House is on a dead end street so no traffic and has a walking path to the beach. To drive to beach is one street over and no need to get on highway. Deck is great gathering place with gas firepit and lots of seating. All rooms have TV and even a WII for the kiddos! Builder and designer thought of all the extras for convenience. We will certainly be back!
