With a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided for your convenience, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a seamless and unforgettable stay.

To keep everything above board and ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we've got a few quick steps for you to breeze through:
-Verify Yourself: You might be asked to show us your official ID â donât worry, itâs just to make sure youâre you!
-Must be 25 years or older to rent our home!
-Confirm Contact Info: Double-checking your digits so we can reach you easily if needed.
-Credit Card Confirmation: Weâll need a valid credit card that matches your ID we hold a refundable $50 security deposit. Itâs just a formality!
-Security Screening: Hop through our verification portal â think of it as your VIP pass to a fantastic stay.
Rest assured, your info is as safe as houses with us! We wonât be selling, sharing, or handing it off to anyone else.
Once youâre all set and verified, weâll shoot over your check-in instructions faster than you can say âvacation time!â

1. Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. The home is located in a HOA and you will be charged $500 per incident if there is any disturbance to the neighbors. You will be asked to immediately vacate the property with no refund. Minimum age to rent is 25
2. This home has many light colored pieces of furniture (couches, chairs, rugs, bar stools)- please be EXTRA careful to not eat or drink on these. Any stains will result in an additional cleaning fee or replacement of the piece at guest expense.
3. Please take care of mini golf, giant connect four, board games, pool table and any other amenities as if they were your own. The next guests rely on your taking proper care of these.
4. If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before bookingÂ
5. No parties or events allowedÂ
6. The home is on a septic system, please make sure to wash off excessive sand in the outdoor shower before showering in the home
7.   No canopies allowed on upstairs decks
8. No pets are allowed. If one is on property you forfeit your right to any deposit and will be forced to check out early with no refund.
9. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
10. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental or on decks/covered driveway. Guests must acknowledge that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.Â
11. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refundÂ
12. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them.Â
13. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out.
14. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in).Â
15. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
16. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.
17. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
18. If, by not following any of our rules, we are forced to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.Â
