Beaver Run 4237 is a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offering the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and mountain ambiance. Located right at the base of Peak 9, this inviting home features a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace, two HD flatscreen TVs, and a private balcony overlooking the Beaver Run SuperChair and stunning mountain scenery. The full kitchen with breakfast counter provides everything you need for easy in-home dining, while warm alpine décor creates a welcoming space to unwind after a day outdoors.

Guests enjoy full access to Beaver Run Resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated pools, a fitness center, arcade, on-site dining, and ski rentals. The resort also offers true ski-in/ski-out access, coin-operated laundry facilities, and a complimentary shuttle for convenient travel around Breckenridge.

With the slopes steps away and downtown Breckenridge just a short walk or shuttle ride, this unit is ideally located for year-round adventure—whether you’re skiing, hiking, or exploring local shops and restaurants.

Parking Access: PARKING FOR ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Parking is charged per day per vehicle
If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.

Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Nice room cold shower

Room was very nice and cozy. Shower sucked, no warm water! Jacuzzi tube in the room, had hotter water than the shower, but the jacuzzi tube didn’t work ether but it was warm!

Not a good stay

Location is great, on the mountain and ski in and out, however two nights no hot water, spa bath didn’t work, hardly any crockery, cracked glass on cabinet, fridge makes a noise, TVs are old, parking expensive and an extra but you can’t get parked outside. Patio door handle broken. I messaged host re hot water and they didn’t respond

Hot water is building, not individual unit, unfortunately, and we did provide updates from the building, as it was shut down during one day and back up by the evening. We take these matters seriously, and we regret that our communication fell short during your stay. Your comments regarding the kitchen amenities and the patio door will be addressed with our team to improve future guest experiences.

Giant ashtray

Check in was absolutely terrible. They didn’t have our reservation so I drove my family around at 2 am in hopes to find another hotel. Everything was booked in the area . Had to drive back to the resort to beg the night manager to find us a room. He managed to finally put us in a room as he guessed what room we should be in. The room was clean for the most part but… It smelled like a giant ashtray, completely disgusting. Unfortunately we had to leave the doors and windows open and turn the heat up the entire time we were in the room. We left and everything we owned had a funky smell to it. Shower had mold like growth on the tile. For the cost of this room I’m very unimpressed and would not recommend

LOVE THIS CONDO!

I love Building 4 at Beaver Run... and I love this condo! Great location, lovely layout, and the deep soaking tub is a benefit!

Beaver run stay

Great location, nice imenities. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. Masterbed needs new mattress. Otherwise a nice stay.

Location is everything!

Can not beat the location! Ski lockers where great! The condo needs some updating. One burner on the stove did not work, the dishwasher did not clean dishes at all. The bathroom situation was bit confusing. The listing states one bathroom but the pictures show two. The second bath is just a tub and sink...no toilet. Something I would have considered since we had four of us staying. We enjoyed the easy of a true ski in, ski out. I would definitly recomend this condo to others. W

Great location but not fully equipped

If it’s about location, they nailed it. If you’re not a skier, you have a great view of all the activity on the slopes. The courtesy shuttle offered at this property makes it easy to get to the local sights. However, the kitchen is not equipped - stovetop burners not working, dishwasher not operable, mish-mash of kitchen utensils/cookware. Not ideal for cooking in room. If decor is you’re game, it needs updating.

Awesome view

The location of the condo is very nice. It truly is a ski-in ski-out location. It has a great view of Peak 9. The jacuzzi tub doesn’t work, we tried to contact the property owner and the resort to see if it was like this and wasn’t mentioned in the listing. After 2 days the resort contacted us and said there wasn’t anything they could do. The property owner never returned our request for help.

Great location!!!

Whether staying for a summer or winter trip to Breckenridge, Beaver Run is a great location. This particular unit over looks over the lift up Peak 8. The unit is a bit dated and cramped, but it does have everything you need. The resort has everything from food to beverages and entertainment, there are even 6 hot tubs and a great indoor/outdoor pool. We would stay at this resort again.
