Upon entry to the property you will find a kitchenette and open plan living room opening out onto the courtyard with outdoor furniture. Bedroom 4 opens onto the courtyard and has a queen size bed. The study contains two single beds (if required). A bathroom and laundry complete this level. Upstairs is the main kitchen, dining and lounge room which also opens up onto another courtyard with bbq and outdoor furniture. There are 3 bedrooms on this level. Master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a double bed. Linen is provided. There is also a full main bathroom on this level. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge room.

Another relaxing balcony is located at the end of the hallway. Dog friendly for quiet well behaved dog - please remove all evidence.

Please note there is one exterior security camera that only monitors the common area driveway/front entrance. It does not record audio.

Beautiful North Avoca Beach, popular for its great surfing, fishing, and diving, is just a short level walk away, and is also dog friendly. North Avoca also has awesome coffee and food at The Boy and the Rose Cafe. Avoca Beach is a short walk and features a popular family friendly rock pool. Avoca Beach also features a charming slow paced town centre with funky shops and cafes. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique "Indie Films" to the latest box office smash. Paddleboards, pedal boats and kayaks are available for hire at nearby Avoca Lagoon. Terrigal beach is a short drive away and within walking distance for those who enjoy a nice scenic walk. In the heart of Terrigal you will find boutique shops, trendy cafes, some of the best fine dining restaurants in NSW and great live music.
