Terrific property. Our family of three adult couples, five teenagers and two dogs enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Host was attentive and helpful. Even with a large group, plenty of space to find peace and quiet.

Ezri and Liz were ideal hosts - responsive and friendly. The house is lovely and is well equipped for a large family gathering. We are all our meals at home and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed for our family group. The house was also very clean and the bedrooms and bedding were well set up and comfy. We loved our stay.

This is a beautiful, spacious and very well appointed house. We appreciated the details such as board games, kids' toys, and the huge pool! It is also a very short drive to the gorgeous Umina Beach.

The pool was amazing for the kids, even when it rained the outdoor area was superb for enjoying lunch while being able to supervise the kids! The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough spaces in the house for everyone to break out/chill when needed. Thanks for having us stay!

Spacious accommodation with heated pool

Great house for large groups yet allowing people to have their privacy too. Heated pool worked really well during our 3 day stay over a cold, wet weekend. 5 mins drive to shops and beach.

Lovely getaway for families

Perfect for families with kids of all ages with plenty to keep them busy. Very spacious in a quiet street. Not much close in walking distance but main shops about 10 minute drive. Host was very accommodating.

This property is absolutely amazing, has everything you need for a getaway. Pool is amazing as well perfect if you don’t feel like the beach. The family very much enjoyed it and we’re impressed.

Considering most Australian homes cater for the summer seasons, it was was a joy to find a house that also catered for the Winter months, including a heated swimming pool, with plenty of heaters, intelligent central heating, and lots of reverse cycling air-conditioners for rooms without the central air-con system. The second large Fridge/Frezer in the garage, was an added bonus to keep the drinks and ice bags cold. I have no issues to recommend this property to anyone who wants a great communal house.

Relaxing family getaway.

The house is spacious enough for family to take time out and gather together also. Ezri was very helpful and attended to any enquiries and problems. The pool was very welcoming, but a few leaves after the heavy rain and wind. We had a lovely break in the quiet area.

Wonderful Family Friendly Home

We had a great time in Umina at Ezri's house. The communication was great and the house was perfect for kids. We had a great time in the pool and with all of the ammenities. The kitchen is great for preparing big meals and there's plenty of space to hang out. Short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic house for families with young children!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It was perfect for our family, especially with young children. The heated pool was a standout feature and the spacious living area provided plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house was thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could think of, making our stay convenient and hassle free. The location was another highlight- just a short drive to the beach and close to shops, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and family friendly getaway! Thank you again!

Great place for a break from the cutu

There were 13 of us and the home accommodated everyone with a choice for adults. Kids loved the pool and trampoline and swings. I have recently had 2 strokes and a heart attack and I wanted another family holiday so off we all went and had a great time away. Well worth it.

Perfect Family Accommodation

What a fantastic property/house for the family. Loads of activities and things for the kids all ages. The pool was an ideal feature, as the heat wave made it nice to be able to cool off. Spacious lounge rooms for everyone to sit around, and plenty for the kids to have their own time. The noise restrictions are disappointing, and the neighbourhood were constantly make you feel like you couldn’t hold a conversation within the property without being looked upon. As a family that enjoy each others company, the house, host and activities were everything we needed and more, just in the wrong location for us.
