Very comfortable and spacious accommodation with beatiful mountain views and a park-like common area with gazebo. The property is close to grocery stores, restaurants and a recreation center.

Fanatastic Home and wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

We have rented a number of vacation rentals and this was by far our best experience. The home is beautiful, great view of the mountains, clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner and the local manager was over the top excellent. Check in was a breeze, terrific amenties, well stocked kitchen, home in excellent working order. Check out easy and clear. We will rent this home again and again. Can't wait to get back.

Awesome stay!!

Everything about the home was perfect for my husband and I on our anniversary. Having garage was huge plus. No cold vehicle to get in every morning. Everything we needed was right there and no long list of housekeeping duties when you leave. Highly recommend.

Great Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was already on site including spices, condiments, and laundry soap. The beds were comfy, and the couches just right for lounging and watching tv after a long day. We will be back!

First trip to Pagosa Springs

This was the last leg of a long trip for four longtime retiree friends. It was a perfect place to end our journey before heading home. We stayed three restful nights that were sorely needed. The condo was well-appointed, and the kitchen was probably one of the best in terms of space and amenities, and we have stayed in many places over the years! Lots of room, and we enjoyed our deer visitors one evening. We will be back to PS!

Relaxing time!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time in Pagosa Springs! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen, different lounge areas, and outside grassy area. There are several beautiful lakes nearby, and town is a short drive away (10 minutes or less). It was nice being away from the hustle and bustle of town, and we felt very secluded and off the beaten path despite neighbors right next door. The host was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed during our stay! Would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing short of outstanding!

This stay was amazing! The home is tastefully and stylishly decorated and extremely well equipped with modern appliances. This in conjunction with the amenities that were provided, created a real home from home. The home is situated in a beautiful, quiet and safe location close to grocery stores and coffee shops. My biggest concern travelling to Colorado during the winter months with my wife and two year old daughter was the cold and if the house would be warm enough. My worries quickly subsided as the heating system was wonderful. If you visit, get up early and view the many dear that visit the property each morning, Overall, a ten out of ten from me and my family :)

Enjoyable

We did not use the downstairs at all as it was just the two of us. I did get tired of the stairs. The a/c seemed to get real cool, then hot. My husband will not stay in another place that only has roku on the tv. we could not get 'current' news weather etc. Rather expensive. There is a garage which was very nice. You are required to take out the trash and put in the bins in the garage, however, the bins were completely full. We set ours on top. No coffee filters so we went to the store and bought some and left them for future guests

Very nice~

Very nice setup. Kudos to the owners for outfitting the cabin with enough guest supplies. Towels, dry goods, pots/pans, blankets, hot water for bathing...all were in stock. Layout was perfect for us. Master BR was upstairs, BR 2 and 3 were downstairs and had their own view of the common area out back. Lovely view of the mountains from the Living Area. We had the Hot Air balloons taking off from the large lot across the street, as an added spectacle. Some informational challenges from the rental company... our check in email had not arrived, so we were able to (quickly) get someone on the phone. Was told lost emails were a known issue, it had been "sent 2 or 3 times" and to check the spam folder. None had been received. Were able to check in without issue after direct contact. Owners were responsive, as there had been a water leak the days before we arrived...so no ice maker or hot water in the kitchen. Also, the bottom bedroom had damp ceiling, walls and carpet, which obviously affected the ability to use the room comfortably in the cold weather. As it was a holiday weekend, they could not find a handyman to fix. We made an attempt ourselves, but there were more leaks at the cutoff valve. Owners stayed in contact via text throughout our visit. Overall, a very nice place. We would definitely stay here again, and have already suggested this rental to a few friends.

Enjoyed the stay!

Nice newer townhome in a good location next to the golf course. We enjoyed the view of the San Juan Mountains from the living room and the unit was well equipped.

Awesome place!

Wonderful experience and great place to stay. Easy access to town and close enough to Wolfe creek ski area that the drive to and from wasn’t bad at all. Overall, wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice and great location!

This is probably our new favorite place we have stayed in Pagosa! The property was roomy, yet cozy. Everything was very clean and home was well stocked with towels, sheets, dishes, etc. Owners were so easy to work with. Will definitely be back!
