This place was great. Super friendly host and very helpful when needed. The house was soCute and set on the lake so the view was fantastic for sunrise and sunsets. We are planning on going back again next year

Property was a bit smaller than we had expected. Getting to the property was quite tricky, thank goodness my husband is an experienced maneuver and made it through the trail of trees with the boat on the trailer. Even neighbors had to tell us which house they felt was the rental propertyBeautiful view of lake. So happy we had our own dock, we have boat and this made it so much easier getting on and off water.Would stay here again if just my husband and I, but additional or larger bathroom for additional guest. God bless you for sharing your home

Clean and isolated. If you’re pulling a bass boat, parking is a bit tricky. Parking for one boat, tow vehicle and car.

Cute and comfortable place right on the water, and the view even from inside the house was incredible! Lots of “extras” too that made it even better like kayaks, a lily pad, grill with propane already stocked, fire pit with fire wood, board games, basic spices/condiments, life jackets, bug spray… all those types of things that make your stay feel more comfortable and convenient. Having the dock to tie off our boat and to swim from was awesome too. Owners were super helpful, kind, and quick to respond as well. Couple of things that are more of a heads up than a complaint: there are no closets or dressers to put away clothes during your stay and same in the bathroom, the AC in one of the bedrooms was a little finicky but not a big deal, and the roads to get there were kind of narrow and windey so if you have a boat, I’d recommend launching it first rather than bringing it to the house. Overall, awesome stay and would 100% come back.

We're so glad the waterfront views, kayaks, fire pit, and all the little extras made your time feel comfortable and convenient, and that the dock let you swim and tie off your boat right at the house. Gorgeous and Comfortable

Beautiful location and spacious, comfortable home. Fully stocked kitchen, great sitting areas. The sunroom is spectacular. We enjoyed having use of the kayaks and also fishing from the dock. Beds very comfortable. Home tastefully decorated with lots of books and game options. Great place to relax. I would definitely return.

Beautiful, peaceful setting. Was there with a friend celebrating our 40 years of working and now retirement friendship. Perfect place to just relax and decompress! The lake views are beautiful, so majority of time spent on the deck just soaking it all in!

Amazing Getaway Location

We enjoyed our stay at Boyd Creek Retreat! The house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The deer flies were pretty bad around the lake (they bite), but other than that we have no complaints about the area! We will definitely book this house again in the future!!

The cabin was great. Clean and very homey. We fished right off the dock a the sunroom had a great view of the lake. We will definitely go back.

Quiet lake view property
