Valid ID and signed rental agreement are required after booking.
No smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
No pets allowed.
1 parking pass per unit – additional parking must be arranged with the resort office before check-in.
No boats or trailers may be parked on the property.
$25 fee for lockouts or lost keys.
No refunds for early departures.
If the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, a comparable unit may be assigned.
Taxes: 7% sales tax + 6% tourism tax.
