Great unit across very short walkway to beach. Very clean and comfortable bed. Location was less busy and crowded since it’s near end of way. No crowds while we visit and Caddy’s restaurant was a short walk with great views and food for sunset

We had a great time on our vacation. The room was clean. The host was very responsive. And the location was excellent. Access to the beach is right across the street. I would highly recommend! And it didn't cost a fortune!

Just what we wanted, walking distance to the beach!

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing 5 night stay in Treasure Island. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels available for our use, and the bed was very comfortable. We look forward to coming back again some day!!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was a little less than cooperative but it was nice. The only issue we had was a noise coming from the HVAC on the roof of the building at all hours of the night. Other than that it was nice.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! I was sorry to hear about the HVAC . I am having the team look into it. All of the systems for the building are up there so they will need to investigate where it might be coming from. I’ve never heard it while staying, so hopefully it’s an easy fix.

Perfect location

We love Treasure Island and especially Harbor House. Right across from the beach. Melissa is so responsive to requests. Just about everything you need for vacation is in the condo and if we requested something it was provided. Sorry to have to go home.

Great location with ocean views

Location was outstanding; short walk across side street to the beach! Kitchen had all you needed to prepare meals. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Beach chairs and cooler were available. The unit could use some updating as far as furnishings - the couch/sleeper was uncomfortable (could feel springs while sitting) and needed cleaning/replaced. Would definitely recommend this property for its location!

Great location and comfortable condo.

We enjoyed the location and the condo neighbors were very helpful with local tips. We needed another parking space for 1 night. We talked to the Parking Enforcement officer and he said the City Hall lot is open on the weekends to the public and not as busy as the beach lots. All the cooking supplies were very good. Bedding was plentiful but we would've liked more pillows. Loved the washer/dryer onsite. Nice and clean too! Melissa was a perfect host and we would definitely stay again.

overall review of condo

we enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. We did find checking in with TRS a bit challenging . Address difficult to find. We were able to leave keys etc at the condo instead of at the TRS office which seems the best solution . Other condo renters do this.

Amazing!

Picturcondo was even nicer in person! Check in was so easy and Christine at the office was so friendly and welcoming. The property was stocked with everything we needed and more. Melissa was so responsive and is honestly the best host we have stayed with. This was our 10th year to the area and this was the smoothest stay we have had. We usually stay in Madeira beach but this location on treasure island is PERFECT. Everything in the area (from johns pass to boat rides and restaurants) was packed with it being Easter week but sunset beach was nearly empty the entire stay. My boys had the pool to themselves every night.

MINI VACATION

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. ONLY THINGS WERE THAT STATED THERE WAS LAUNDRY , BUT WE HAD NO LAUNDRY ACCESS. MANAGEMENT SAID WE WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANY EXCESS LAUNDRY.(THANK YOU) . WAS A LITTLE FAR TO PICK UP AND DROP OFF KEY, BUT LUCKILY WE COULD USE MY SISTERS CAR. OTHER WISE THE LOCATION AND CLOSENESS TO THE BEACH WERE EXCELLENT. EVERYONE AROUND HARBOR HOUSE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND LOOKED LIKE THE PICTURES ON LINE. THANKS . WOULD STAY AGAIN

A little piece of heaven!

A gem of a condo right across from a clean, beautiful beach! Great water views and fabulous sunsets nightly from the balcony. The owner responded quickly to questions we had before our stay. She has also given this updated condo many amenities, including comfortable furniture, a stacking washer/dryer, beach chairs and even a cooler! One small problem, a shower door that wouldn't stay closed, was fixed in under an hour while we were on the beach. Other Harbor House residents/renters we met were friendly and thoughtful. The neighborhood is very pretty, quiet and walkable. West Gulf Boulevard is so much calmer than Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach! However, there are unlimited activities and restaurants a few minutes' drive away. Very convenient for driving to Fort DeSoto State Park, Pass-a-Grille, St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Pete. We look forward to staying here again!

So glad they were able to get you back up and running so quickly! We are very appreciative of our management team that it available 24/7 to assist with your stay.

Great location.

We had stayed at it’s sister property right beside this building two years ago and loved it, and decided to stay in this unit due to its equally wonderful location. The beach is a short distance away and easily walkable as well as it’s convenient location to the grocery store, drug stores and great restaurants. The downside was the lack of cleanliness—we immediately took our shoes off at the front door upon entry and by the time we made it to the bedroom to unpack, our feet were black. If you’re picky about linens then you may want to bring your own, as the sheets and pillow cases were very low, scratchy quality and the mattress was firm—which may be a plus for some. We were grateful we had plenty of additional towels and wash cloths for the stay. Also, be aware that your check-in/out is at another property roughly 10ish minutes away. Despite the “drawbacks”, we would stay again.

59 Harbor House was everything we could ask for, completely spotless. Kitchen had ample facilities for us and bathroom had lots of lovely towels. The bedroom was lovely and the best bed we have ever slept in. We felt very comfortable there. There was also chairs and umbrella for use at the beach which was 5 minutes away. We had a lovely view of beach and sea from the front of the apartment which we could sit and enjoy in the evening with a glass wine.Easy access to the apartment with the code that was sent.We had a slight problem which was quickly dealt with by Melissa the owner. We would happily stay there again, Jill and John
