Calypso Beach Resort unit 408 West in Panama City Beach is a direct beach & gulf front vacation rental featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all of the conveniences of home. This condo includes seasonal BEACH SERVICE which consists of 2 chairs and one umbrella at no additional charge. It also includes your own reserved private under tower parking space within steps of the elevator!

Calypso is the closest resort to the Pier Park entertainment and retail shopping area, in walking distance. And as this condo is on the fourth floor, you have beautiful gulf and pools views and views of the nearby Pier where holidays bring fantastic firework displays.

FEATURES

* Master with Sterns and Foster King mattress and custom plantations shutters that open to an Incredible Gulf View
* Private Master Bathroom w/Double Vanity and new walk-in shower.
* Master Bedroom has Private Balcony Access
* Walk-In Master Closet
* Second bedroom with Sterns and Foster King size mattress.
* Large 2nd Bathroom is spacious and has en suite access to the second bath
* Third Bedroom with a full size bed on the bottom bunk and a twin on top.
* TV's in all rooms and a video library
* Spacious Living Area with Queen Sleeper Sofa and a wet/coffee bar.

You'll also have access to many building amenities including a fitness center, two community style pools, a Tiki Bar and shuffle boards. Calypso does require guests to register and remit a $60 registration fee.

Take a stroll down to the beach and feel the sand between your toes, or walk just one block down to Pier Park and experience one of the many entertainment options they have available. PCB Family Vacation

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo and all the properties amenities. The host was very helpful and had great communication with us during our trip. The condo was beautiful and meet all our needs! The location was great! We had a great time and i would highly recommend for future travels!

Exactly what we wanted!!

This unit is exactly what we were hoping for! Hosts are incredible and exceed communication expectations! The Calypso is the perfect spot for walking to Pier Park. We enjoyed viewing the Sky Wheel and watching the Bike Week traffic out front. We also had fun fishing out front caught a few different fish even a small shark early morning. From the military jets flying over training out front to the incredible sunsets….and if you’re lucky to score some seating down by the pool with one of the propane fire pits to end the evening you can’t get any better than that! We recommend McQuires Irish Pub everything is made in house, fishing on the Jubilee, and a helicopter ride through Panhandle Helicopter. Also, happy hour at the Back Porch get a table outside and people watch! Extremely satisfied with our stay!!.

Perfect Spot

Clean, quiet, perfect in every way! Right next to Pier Park, within walking distance to so many places and the Pier. We used the 2 king sized beds, they were very comfortable! If we ever come back to Panama City Beach, we hope to stay there again. We did have gate issues but they gave me 2 different code in the office, and then had no trouble :) Only thing we can say is the parking spot is perfect however, we have a Toyota Tundra with a small lift backing into the parking spot could be a small challenge if all the other spots were full. No trouble though, we loved the place, location and everything about it!

2 Months of Beautiful Views!

This property presented as described. The view is incredible, we appreciated the pak n play and booster seat as we had family/grandchildren visit. The heated pool was warm, and easy walking to shops restaurants. We'll miss the beach & sunsets.

Excellent Condo!

This condo is perfectly located next to pier park- convenient to everything! The three bedrooms were comfortable and everything we needed for our family of four (two teenagers). Paul was super helpful and he quickly responded to questions we had. Check in and out were a breeze! We look forward to staying again!

Wonderful time at the beach

My family and I had a great time visiting Panama City Beach. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We felt like it was home away from home. Sadly, 6 people drown while we were there. Our prayers go out to the family members of those that lost their life while trying to enjoy some relaxation. In the powerful name of Jesus!!

Vacation with Grandkids

Loved the condo. Supplied with everything you need. Plenty of towels for our large group. Only problem I saw was exhaust fan in master bathroom needs some attention, vibrates really bad and very loud. Everything else was great.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great week in this condo! It is clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. We loved being on the 4th floor and having access to multiple elevators. The owners were great to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. We hope to return again soon!

Great place!

The room was great, and it was easy to communicate with the host. The place was very clean, but there are two minor things they should look into for other guests: the shower curtain liner was used, and I feel those should be new since you pay a cleaning fee ... the other is there was purple shampoo dripping from the shower caddy, and no one in my family used purple shampoo. I think the shower caddy should be cleaned every single time. Unfortunately, this is something I noticed right after I hung my bath sponge on the rack. Other than those two things, the place was wonderful. We would stay again, and the host was great.

Cozy 3 bedroom condo . Master bedroom view of the ocean is awesome. Loved the extra towels, blankets, pillows, fans. The extra beach chairs in the bedroom closet was great to have for the kids while us adults enjoyed the large blue beach chairs, they still had a place to lounge on the beach. Beautiful view of the pier and the pool. We love the Calypso we have been the past 5 years. We will be back! Super clean and super friendly. Also love the under parking which is better than parking across the street! Thanks again! O

Loved it! Great location, comfort & we will return!

We absolutely loved this unit! It was spacious, well appointed & came with 1 reserved parking space. Check-in was extremely easy. It’s located on the 4th floor which was awesome because it is just high enough from the pool & perfect for viewing the gulf. Our 1st night we viewed fireworks from the balcony which was spectacular! Speaking of LOCATION.. being at thr Calypso was perfect! It was a short walk to Pier Park. We walked there several nights with our daughter, son-in-law & 3 small grandchildren. We only drove to restaurants we had a special place we wanted to go. Walmart & Target are less than 1 mile, which made groceries delivery/pickup great! We utilized the groceries delivery services & used Doordash from “5 Guys burgers & fries” & Zollo's Pizza (excellent pizza)! A hidden gem to this unit is the elevator in the main lobby. It’s rarely crowded & only goes to the 4th floor, so no long wait time. The unit came with a set of chairs & an umbrella for the week. This meant we only had to rent another set for the week. which was great! The walk to the beach was easy & we loved the 2 pools & Tiki hut poolside! The bedding was heavenly & we all felt well rested. Paul/Julie were awesome to work with. Very kind, prompt & responsive before, during & after our trip. They were even sent me information on the mattresses! We will rent again! Cheryl K from Indiana

Great Condo with Amazing View

Great clean condo with amazing ocean and pool views! One reserved covered parking spot underground is included and just steps from the elevators. The location of the condo was right at Pier Park, so we were in the middle of all the action and could walk to tons of stores and restaurants without having to worry about driving or traffic. The owners/propery managers were also very quick to respond to any of our questions and very pleasant to work with. We already look forward to our next visit!

Great family trip!

Condo was good sized & bedrooms were exactly as described. Property has 2 pools & we enjoyed the tiki bar as well as the food delivery (Emerald Hub) from across the street. Beach service was easy to use & we were able to get a second set of chairs for our stay. Unfortunately, it was double red flags (no swimming) the entire time so we spent majority of time at the pool. Very easy walk to pier, pier park, Alvin’s surf shop.

Place was beautiful and close to everything. We had our teen girl and a friend and it was nice for them to be able to walk and be close to something to do. We would definitely stay here again!!

What is really unique about this rental is that it comes with under tower reserved parking. You don't have to cross over the road. Just walk a few steps to the elevator. Also, since we are on the fourth floor, you don't have long waits for the elevator.
