Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a modern home. Located in the perfect summer location, you can enjoy the close proximity of the beach, an eight minute walk away, shop at Bayfair, or stroll to Coast Good Home for an evening meal.

The outdoor deck offers a fire place and BBQ area, opening out onto a large private garden.
* Master bedroom - Kingsize bed and ensuite.
* 2 rooms with single beds.
* A converted room in the garage- internal access- with a queen bed.
* Space and mattresses to make up an extra 2 beds if need be.
* Unlimited fibre internet, but no TV.
* Two large screens available for playstations.
* Mini mau surfboard.

The mount is 9 km away / easy access to the highway to Rotorua, a 45 minutes drive.

Excellent place, quiet, short drive from everything you need

Lloyd and Andrea's place is a family home that has been modernised with new kitchen, and bathrooms. It has good outdoor living space, and is a short drive to Bayfair (2 mins), the beach (3 mins) and the Mount (8 mins). It suites our family of 6 (2 adults, four teenagers) really well and was comfortable and big enough to have space for bikes, kayaks, SUPs, surfboards. They also gave us access to a bike and surfboard. Everyone enjoyed the house, and it was good value for money.

Warren and his family were a fabulous group and provided a positive experience for us in our first foray into the Homeaway world. Communcation was excellent and they left the house in immaculate condition. They were a pleasure to have as guests.

Wonderful place

Big back yard for the kids to run around in. Quick trip in car or walk to the beach. Great outdoor area to eat al fresco in summer.

Peaceful oasis

Beautiful house and quiet location with a stunning garden to relax in. Easy to get to the beach, the Mount and Papamoa.
