Walk to Eagle Lodge and the slopes and enjoy an unbeatable Mammoth Mountain location from this cozy and well-appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo in the Emerson building at The Summit. Located in Phase 1 of the complex and accommodating up to 4 guests, this comfortable mountain retreat is perfect for couples, small families or a ski getaway with friends. After a day on the mountain, come home and warm up beside the cozy gas fireplace while relaxing in front of the large 55" Smart TV with soundbar. The inviting living area also features a queen sleeper sofa and single sleeper chair, providing flexible sleeping accommodations for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast before hitting the slopes or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home. Free in-unit WiFi makes it easy to stay connected throughout your stay. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the full bathroom is conveniently located nearby. One of the best features of this condo is its fantastic location. Eagle Lodge and the slopes of Mammoth Mountain are just a short walk away, making it easy to get an early start on a powder day or head home for a midday break. The property is also conveniently located along the Green Line shuttle route for easy access around Mammoth Lakes. The Summit offers an impressive selection of community amenities, including year-round hot tubs, seasonal swimming pools, sauna, fitness room, tennis courts and underground parking. Guests also receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus seasonal outdoor swimming pool, tennis, and pickleball. This condo accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is not pet friendly. One assigned underground parking space is included (garage clearance 6'9") A second vehicle may be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis within the complex. One parking pass is provided. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. Whether you're visiting for skiing and snowboarding in winter or hiking, biking, golfing and mountain adventures in summer, this cozy Summit condo puts you right where you want to be for a memorable Mammoth getaway. Fantastic Mammoth Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, well located, and easy check-in. The only drawback was the bed and pillows are not comfortable whatsoever, please upgrade for our next trip as we'd love to come back!

Perfect Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to rest and reset. Unfortunately, the bed and pull out couch were not that comfy, but we had a great time nonetheless. It was close to nearby shops, restaurants, and within short travel to some great hikes.

Cozy Mountain Vibe

Thank you for a relaxing Memorial Day weekend. The place was cozy, well appointed, and had perfectly cohesive mountainside decor. The location can’t be beat… walking distance to chair 15/ Eagle lodge. Can’t wait to return to Summit #3.

Easy walk to Eagle Express lift

We were very happy with the condo (once we found out how to get to it :-) Note that parking for this unit is directly off of Meridian Blvd.., not Holiday Vista Dr. like some of the other units). The place was clean, cozy, and well decorated. Being a reasonable walk from the Eagle Express was a big plus too. We really enjoyed our stay.
