Nicely furnished 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 6. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, WiFi, stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom offers a double bed. The loft has 2 twins and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Overall workable with a few rough edges

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally clean, warm and functional. A workable walk to lift location. Good parking situation. Typical 80's-90s mammoth condo. Beds are ok, not great. It is not 3br as advertised. It is a 1+loft with 2 loft areas. Furniture is functional, not nice. Dated decor. Kitchen gear was very junky. Came in to a full dishwasher with dirty food baked dishes. And the shower heads were mostly plugged. So it has good potential, it was mostly clean and cozy and did its primary job, but it is not amazing.

Great value - great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great value, big place, great location, excellent garage. Price was stellar, which helps overlook the dated property. New carpet was nice, while rest of place is tired, i.e. it's an older property, 1/2 lights didn't work, shower heads need replacement, lots of stairs, the complex itself needs repair from snow season, etc. the little things. Would rent again in a heartbeat if value still provided.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have used Mammoth Properties and the Summit units for 10 years. Unit 294 is not good. It is misrepresented as a 2 bedroom unit with a loft - it has 1 bedroom ONLY, and some horrible add on upstairs with NO window, NO airflow, and a slanted ceiling that I hit my head on every day for a week. I couldn't sleep in it because it got too hot and stuffy. So I slept on the 20 year old uncomfortable couch most of the time. If I thought I could get my money back, I'd ask for it. This was a rip off, and don't rent it.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROs- walking distance to lifts, covered garage, good layout for groups CONs- not cleaned, old dishes, old pots n pans, not enough utensils or silverware to cook or eat. Bed sheets were changed but no comforters were on the beds, it was freezing cold when arrived and there is NO thermostat, only wall space heaters that barely worked. Furniture is old and in poor shape.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several uits in The Summit. This was the worst. Location was good and it was clean. Our stay was 8 days, so we had kids that needed to do online school. The internet was not able to handle even one computer. DO NOT STAY HERE if you need to rely on the internet at all. Additionally, in this specific location there wasn't ANY cell phone coverage for T-MOBILE or AT&T phones. The blankets, pillows and linens are OLD. My husband wanted to use another pillow and commented that all the ones in the closet are so old they are probably filled with dead skin. So he made due with one small pillow. The furniture in the living area is VERY uncomfortable. All in all, the place is OK. It's very dated, but all the places in The Summit are pretty dated.

Not a real 2 bedroom. Serious issues with the property condition.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The second bedroom is not a bedroom space. It’s a low ceiling part of the loft that’s walled off as a room. There is no window and the ceiling doesn’t allow an adult to stand upright in there. There is no noise barrier from thr common areas including living room downstairs and loft upstairs. This quasi bedroom is not a true bedroom which is missed advertising. The biggest issue is the property condition : kitchen is stocked poorly, door frame in the bathroom upstairs was busted and door didn’t lock, stove was dated and didn’t heat up consistently according to setting.

The unit accomodates 6 guest comfortably and the bathrooms were all very functional.

I have stayed at this unit before and would stay again. However, the stove is very inconsistent with only some of the burners working correctly and with minimal kitchen pots/pans or appropriate cooking utensils available. There were only 2 pots that were not in horrible condition. The location has easy access to the Juniper/Eagle side of mammoth. Great use of the large kitchen table and good wifi. Could use some updating mostly in the kitchen with stove and supplies. We arrived and someone was in our parking stall, but mammoth reservations replied and said that we could stay in a parking stall with a "letter" designation. The jacuzzi near the unit wasn't working and we didn't want to go to the other one because of the low temperature.

Where to start: If you're a skier the walk to the lift is to far; the downstairs carpet and bathroom carpets were filthy; the sofa looked filthy and sticky, so we didn't even want to sit on them; the wifi didn't work; the headboard in the master bedroom wasn't connected to the bed, so it banged around while you're sleeping; the screen door wasn't attached and fell off; the door from the garage into the building was broken and didn't work, when we called to have it fixed, they used duct tape; getting from the garage to the condo was filthy; the linoleum in the kitchen was lifting; there wasn't enough towels; the beds were uncomfortable; I recommend bringing your own sheets, they were scratchy and stiff; and finally everything in the place was dated and old.
