Relax in this cute cabin located by the stunning Deschutes River and welcoming forest wildlife. With limitless outdoor recreation just outside your door including river and pool access where you can paddle board or kayak, 4 miles of paths for your morning stroll, basketball hoop, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, and a gym, this location is the perfect place for vacationing, or a virtual mecca for working from home! During winter enjoy a natural kiddie hill for the little folks just next to the pool down the street.

Just off the open living space is the deck/patio where you can relax, stare at the river and natural surroundings, or simply sit around the fire table and swap stories with your friends and family. Keep an eye out for deer, elks, rabbits or owls.

The cabin is located just south of Sunriver (6 min). You can reach Bend in 20 min, La Pine in 10 min and Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort in 30 min. This area is also known for Lava River Cave, Newberry National Volcanic Monument and Paulina Peak with Big Obsidian Flow. In Sunriver you will find three championship golf courses, riding stables and several excellent restaurants and so much more!

The high speed internet generally supports 4 (or more) simultaneous workers and students.

The house was clean and in an excellent location with easy access to walking/biking trails, the Deschutes River, neighborhood pool, and other recreational options. We would definitely stay here again.

Good value for longer stays

Nice neighborhood along the Deschutes with good proximity to Mt Bachelor. Daily cost is a bargain, but cleaning costs drive up the bill for shorter stays.

The house was adequate for our needs. The EV charger was nice to have. The problem wasn’t with the house, it was dealing with the rental company, iTrip Vacation Northwest. Our first day, we discovered the kitchen sink was profusely leaking and we contacted the rental company immediately. I texted and called the company for several hours before finally hearing back. They stated they would someone out. We couldn’t use the sink or the dishwasher due to not knowing the actual problem and not wanting to cause any damage to the home. We returned to the home late that night and hadn’t received a notification from the rental company re: the sink. We noticed items under the sink had been moved so we thought all was fixed. We started our late dinner and quickly realized that the sink was still leaking and we had to stop. We had to travel 60 minutes to get take out. I contacted the rental company several more times over the course of our stay with minimal effort on their part (we also had issues with the cooling system shutting off for several hours during 90 degree heat and slow drains, which were never addressed by the company). The sink was never fixed during our stay, which altered our plans significantly. When we asked for compensation due to our extra expenses, the company offered 100 and blamed it on the homeowner. We will never rent a home with this rental company again.

Beautiful Home, Perfect For River Access

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is outstanding, with great access to the river and a swimming pool for kids to play in. When an issue arose, management was very quick to address and solve it. The hot tub is great and the house is in beautiful shape. This is the perfect retreat for a small family!

Great location for kayaking and fishing!

Beautiful location and close to many outdoor activities. Our stay was cut one night short due to excessive heat and wildfire smoke, but not the fault of the property owners. Just comes with the territory this time of year. Easy access to the Deschutes River and very peaceful. Property would benefit if AC was added especially this time of year just to help with filtering outdoor air quality (wildfire smoke). Despite being hot during the day, the property cools down nicely at night but requires windows being open.

River Meadows family tradition

Property management was very very responsive. Unfortunately the property was not as described in the ad. It was very worn down duct tape on the barbecue pieces of it. We're taking off nothing on the deck was cleaned. If you opened the oven drawers, they were crumbs as well as in the kitchen drawers, the bikes were worn down and worst of all the immediate next-door neighbor to the right the smoking pot 24 seven and we could never enjoy the outside of our space on our property. Additionally, the property on the immediate left had rental folks who partied until four in the morning, and we're very noisy property management at River Meadows had to give him a very expensive fine . Some of this is out of your control but please don't charge over $700 in fees on the property doesn't reflect the ad we stayed at River Meadows for many many years, and never had this type of experience too expensive for the lack of quality.

Not appropriate for families

Property abutted (10 feet apart) on both sides by pot smoking neighbors. No fans in the house, temperature was 90*, so unable to open windows due to the smell. Outdoor furniture overly worn and soiled. Shared path to back yard filled with debris, discarded pool as well as paint cans. Children unable to play in yard due to the constant smell of pot. This is not a family friendly listing. We were scheduled to rent for 2 weeks but we left within hours due to the unacceptable conditions. Patricia M.

Beautiful Summer Getaway!

This home is placed along an incredibly beautiful stretch of the Deschutes River. It’s a beautiful and clean home with fantastic amenities- we didn’t use the hot tub or fire pit on the patio, but the community pool was a huge hit with the kids! Bring kayaks because the river is calm and the numerous docks have kayak launchers built in. Super cool. It’s a short drive to the shops and restaurants at the Sunriver Village, but the stocked kitchen makes it easy to make your own food. Just bring cooking oil with you. No AC in the home which got pretty warm upstairs in June by the late afternoon, but opening the windows and using the provided fans helped it cool off by the evening. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and very accommodating. We had a blast!

Family stay in Oregon

We are 2 grandparents, son, daughter in law and soon to be 5 yo grandson. We explored the Oregon area within 200 mile radius of this property. The house was perfect for our needs. Quiet, clean and fully stocked for our needs. Check in and check out were seamless.

Beautiful river with bike paths and small pool. Less than 15 minutes to Sunriver where you can enjoy the bigger resort but you can avoid the chaos at this home.

Just Outside of Bend

We enjoyed our visit to the beautifully decorated Three Rivers property. It was the perfect spot for our family of three. We based out of here as we visited Crater Lake and a few other spots nearby. Appreciated the beautiful scenery & deer we saw on our walks.

Good times!!

Property was exactly as advertised. spacious for a family of 4 (2 teens),and can probably accommodate upto 6 people. It takes about 15min to get to Sunriver, if that is what you want. But we wanted a place away from the bustle of the resort, and this place was perfect. The river is right behind the house, and one can get on a float or simply get in with a life jacket and enjoy the river in near solitude. the area is a bit isolated, but again, exactly what we were looking for. Didn't need to use the swimming pool, but enjoyed the tennis court and the bike pathways. There were 2 bikes that were provided and in good condition. A mini ping pong table in the garage, which the wife and kids enjoyed. And a hot tub for cold mornings (nights were warm when we went). The property does not have an A/C, but to be fair, it didnt say it had one (a mis-understanding on our part). the ground floor stays cool even in 95+ heat, while upstairs does get warm during the day, but cools off at night. One suggestion - maybe have slightly bigger fans to help in this regard. The kitchen was excellent and had everuthing that would be needed. Bathrooms were good, and enough linen provided. all 3 beds were very comfortable. Netflix, disney+ and Prime available on the TV, and a DV player in the bedroom. Wifi coverage was excellent. Overall, would definitely recommend this place. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here in a remote, calm, secluded area - exactly what we were looking for.
