A great mid-town location, outdoor pool, and two-car parking make this 3-bedroom condo an irresistible bargain! This spacious condo is decorated as a model unit and is close to restaurants, nightlife, and the beach. Located on the 2nd floor, the condo features a full kitchen, full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, a phone (with unlimited long distance), free Wi-Fi, central A/C, a gas fireplace for those off-season weekends, and parking for 2 cars. The owner also provides a starter package of soaps and paper products. This unit is non-smoking only. Occupancy: 8. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
