Family visit

Enjoyed our stay in very spacious condo with convenient access to elevator. The midtown location offered a great variety of restaurants close by. Owner made available a nice collection of beach equipment available to use. The location was quiet and just a short walk to the beach.

I was very happy with this property. Just a few things to note: The screen in the upstairs guest bedroom was torn when we moved in. In addition, there was a handle missing for the master suites shower. I loved the fact that there were 3 full baths!

Great spot

This place was perfect for our family. Close to the beach and pool. Midtown near everything. Two levels provided us with privacy and all spread out.

Walking distance to beach/restaurants

Great location. Property has elevator and a pool although we did not use the pool. Beach is within walking distance as well as grocery and great restaurants. Property has wonderful balconies for happy hours and view of the bay from master suite balcony. Condo floors could use a good scrub but other than that it was perfect for our family.

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family! It was spacious and well stocked! Communication was quick and so friendly and professional. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great location with roomy and beautiful condo.

We enjoyed our week at this condo so much. The bedrooms were great in size and the proximity to the pool was amazing. Being able to just walk a few steps from the front door to the pool was ideal for 4 kiddos ages 5-8. Short walk to the beach and a great outside storage closet for the sandy chairs and toys. Steve and Claire were great hosts helping us with a third parking pass at a nearby condo building and quickly fixing a burned out light and ceiling fan issue.

Perfect Family Rental

We were looking for the perfect family spot to vacation in OC, & found it at 103 Solara! Spacious condo, pool, beach steps away & in central location walk & short drive to family entertainment, dining & grocery store right across the street. My kids & grandkids LOVED it. Fantastic condo!

The condo was big, bright and beautifully furnished. It was clean, well maintained and had all the comforts of home. Mid block location was ideal, short walk to the beach or shops. The pool and elevator are directly outside the condo door, which made it super convenient. We had another family join us on our vacation to OCMD, and they were blown away by the condo. Can't wait to go back!

Great Family place

This condo is beautiful not to mention spacious. It is in a great location, walking distance to the beach (Oceanside), the pool is right outside the door. I was very impressed. I plan on making memories here for years to come. The owners were also very nice and helpful!

Loved it!

Stayed here with some family members and we loved it! It was beautiful, clean, spacious and had pretty much anything we needed. The walk to the beach was a short one and the beach itself was not crowded in this area. There is a grocery store right across the highway, which was very convenient, as well as a few restaurants. Would definitely come back in the future!!

Perfect rental!

Myself, husband and are almost 4 year old son stayed at this condo. It was perfect. We were a very short walk to the beach, very short. There was beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys in storage closet at no additional cost. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The condo it's self was beautiful and had everything you would need for our stay. Having two levels was great because my son was not bothered by any noise made from downstairs after bed time. It was also very quite in general, not much noise outside when sitting on the HUGE balconies and never heard outside noise from inside the condo. The pool was great too! The boardwalk was a very short drive away and we found plenty of parking. We have rented several condos and this one was by far the best condo and best location. We will definitely be returning! Claire and Steve are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and easy to reach for any questions you may have. You couldn't ask for better owners to rent from!

Located 1 block from the Rt90 bridge there is very easy access to the mid town location. There are many very popular restaurants located a short walk away. Being a low rise area of ocean city the beaches are not crowded even in peak summer. Solara is a smaller building with only 10 units. Never a line at the elevator and the pool is never crowded. Owner keeps the unit is top shape. You will love your stay in this unit!
