Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Equipped with two Master Bedrooms; each has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Each balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. One parking space is available, but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Great location!

Very nice condo with onsite parking and super close to everything, we had a wonderful . The building was nice and quiet and we were able to walk to many things.

Beautiful in town condo

This lovely condo supplied everything needed for a week or a month’s stay. It was very comfortable and stocked with coffee (!) and paper goods, sheets, blankets etc.

Place was in a great location and walking distance to anything need and want to do. Would stay here again. Would love a higher unit without view of a domed building but still was great.

Great time in Asheville

My group loved the location of this place. Close Green Man, Burial, Buxton Hall, and Vortex donuts which are all some of my favorites. The place was clean, well supplied and easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Asheville.

Unit is exactly as advertised. Great location. Parking garage is a huge plus. Walking distance to almost anything you want. Only issue is street noise but that is minimal if you keep the windows and doors closed. Great place to stay. Give Star!

Perfect location

This place is within walking distance of restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. Nice, new building and condo was extremely clean. Parking and building were secure with codes. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Overall really nice stay. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed, the shower door brackets were coming out of the wall and the toilet paper holder felloff the wall. Id recommend bringing your own coffee and coffee pot it that means anything to you, and the sheets and pillows could use an upgrade. The overall stay was very plesent and had a very convenient location.

Mom’s trip

The apartment was perfect for a quick trip. About a half a block of up hill walking to to be right in the middle of everything. Great coffee shop down the hill. Close to really delicious restaurants. Even with only being on the 2nd floor there were still some lovely Mountain View’s. We all mentioned that we would happily stay here again.

Quick trip

Easiest check in and almost immediate response from owner when we reached out. Unit looks exactly like photos, everything was clean, and location allows you to not need your vehicle to get anywhere in town. Beds were super comfortable, loved the pillows. The shower in the primary bath had a bit of water spill out during our showers but we just made sure to keep a towel there. Easily somewhere we would stay again.

Clean, Condo in great location.Reasonable price.

Property was clean in an excellent location within walking distance of most things. The downside is you could hear traffice and ambulances at night.We were a family of room and there was plenty of room.The washer/dryer combo was trick y to use. I wish they had left instructions in laundry roo. However, the property manager sent someoen prompty to help.Also, I wished they had provided two parking spaces because the garage around the corner was 15 per day.

3 night golf and shop

This property was beautiful and spotless. Good security with codes to enter. Only downside was the one car parking. We parked in a nearby garage. My husband said he didn’t mind parking in an offsite garage because the condo was so nice.
