Bring the outdoors in with balcony amenities and beautiful vistas! This is a north-facing condo where you can enjoy mountain and city views. French doors from the living room and kitchen open to a large balcony that creates even more open space to relax and unwind. A fireplace in the living room adds warmth and ambiance, while the outdoor firepit and grill give you cooking and lounging options. Located on Biltmore Avenue in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. One parking space is available and cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Place was very clean and in a great location to walk to food downtown. There is some noise from the road but didn't really bother me at night. Great instructions for accessing the unit and would 100% stay again.

Was able to check in early. The place is immaculate! Comfortable beds, large balcony with plenty of seating and gas fire pit. Walkable to both downtown and brewery district. Very secure parking and entrance. Great communication from property manager. Would absolutely stay here again!!

The condo is in a great location. We walked to many great restaurants, and an amazing food co-op is about a block away. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo

Location is perfect to downtown Asheville. King beds, tvs in each bedroom and bathrooms for each couple is a must when we travel as coupled. New and nicely decorated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo was accurately depicted from the website. Location was perfect for what we had planned. Check in process was easy. My only complaint was there wasn't really cleaning products. I like to make sure I clean up as I go. Would be helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner. Overall great condo.

Great Place

We loved our stay here. The apartment was clean and exactly as listed. Great having morning coffee and watching sunrise from the deck. Location is perfect - we walked to show at Rabbit Rabbit and just down the street from Orange Peel. Parking was a plus but we honestly didn't even need a car.
