Experience luxury at this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beachfront condo with direct access from all rooms to an expansive oceanfront balcony. Both large bedrooms offer breathtaking views and ensuite bathrooms – one featuring a large jacuzzi tub. The den/office easily converts into a third bedroom with a Queen-size sleeper sofa. An open concept kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances so you can dine-in and enjoy stunning views from the dining room or balcony dining area.

Your lavish vacation continues outdoors with two pools – one heated oceanfront lagoon pool and a heated oversized lap pool. The pool area also offers two Whirlpool spas and towel service, as well as a private poolside residence grille and poolside summer kitchen BBQs available for guest use. There is direct gated access to a private, 375 foot beach with beach chair and umbrella service.

Building amenities include valet parking, 24-hour concierge service and security, state-of-the-art fitness and aerobics center, cinema-style private screening room, boardroom/business center and library.

We had a wonderful time. The unit is always spotless and the view is phenomenal. The Ritz staff is so welcoming and they make you feel so comfortable. Amy is always responsive to any questions or concerns. We can't wait to back.

The photos on the website are not an accurate reflection. The property is under construction with the pool emptied and a building site. We arrived, had to check out as a result and have only received a partial refund despite chasing VRBO repeatedly. Really an awful experience! Had to find another hotel at significant additional cost due to it being July 4th holiday weekend.

Amazing apartment and property

Both the apartment and the property are amazing! The property owner was lovely and easy to communicate with. The apartment is really nice- clean and nicely furnished with amazing views of the ocean from every room. We loved sitting and eating on the ocean facing terrace. The building has fantastic amenities, 2 great pools and a beautiful spot on the beach. We would highly recommend!!

A wonderful week in a beautiful place!

My husband, son, and I enjoyed a fantastic week at the condo. The view, accommodations, and beach and pool access were top notch. The owner is extremely helpful and gracious. I highly recommend staying here!

Another Great Week

We absolutely adore the Ritz on Singer Island, and this incredible property is just ideal for us. It’s not only beautiful but also impeccably maintained. The oceanfront location and the breathtaking view from the 11th floor create a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The owner is exceptional, always ensuring a smooth and effortless experience. We've been fortunate to spend four consecutive Thanksgiving holidays here!

Another great stay at the Ritz Carlton on Riviera Beach!

This is our third time staying at the Ritz and second time in Amy’s well appointed beautiful apartment! Wonderful amenities, great staff and a wonderful way to spend vacation time. Condo is clean and very comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. Makes it very difficult to leave. Highly recommend!

Just a great property.

The Ritz Residency is a nice property that honors its name. The staff were helpful, professional and friendly. The ocean view from every single room was outstanding. The property was very nice with elegant details and the host was accommodating and responsive to all questions and requests. It will be difficult to vacation in the area and not to stay here again. We had a great time and on behalf on my family, I would like to say thank you.

Great views from all rooms

The unit was just as advertised with all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen and all linens and towels provided. The Concierge and all the staff were extremely professional and eager to provide any assistance. The on-site restaurant had a limited menu but very tasty. Any issue in the unit was very promptly handled by the Property Manager. Our only negative was the location of the unit overlooking a large, busy, and noisy strip mall. Cars would drive around with blasting music from their cars. The restaurants in the mall always had loud music on most evenings and that was not conducive to sitting in the balcony. We would definitely return to this unit.

Not a 5 star stay. It was a 10+++ stars, a combination of the resort and the beautiful suite.

May 2024 James T. My wife and I just came back from a great 10 day luxurious vacation at The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Singer Island. We are all still talking how fantastic our time was at the resort and especially at the condo we stayed in. The Condo unit was immaculately clean. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you need and more. We only went out to one night, because we didn’t want to leave our beautiful place. There are 4 grills, and the staff starts them up and provides utensils and you don’t have to clean up. We really enjoyed our Elevator/Barbecued meals! The living room and primary bedroom and guest bedroom opens to a large deck overlooking the ocean. The WIFI is great, and I was able to conduct business as needed. Our bedroom, closet and bath were huge and really over the top with access to the deck also. There is another bedroom, a den/office, laundry room (so you can pack less) and a half bath. I could go on forever, but I want to give accolades to Amy. She was so helpful and a great communicator. Every unit has different things to it and was so helpful. If we rated AMY on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, we would rate a 10++++ (this is only the second time we gave such a rating). Just another few other things about the Ritz-Carlton Resort. The entire property is very secure including the private beach. From parking to entry doors and elevator controls a key card is needed to allow access. The resort is spotless, and the staff is extreme

Another Amazing Stay

This is our second straight year of staying at this amazing property. The apartment has stunning views of the ocean and its location is ideal to go to the restaurants and sights in Palm Beach and Jupiter. This is the cleanest property we have ever stayed at and the staff at the Ritz are great. Our property manager was detailed, information and quick to respond to any questions. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Family Weeklong Trip, 5 People, Outstanding Unit & Beach

Excellent stay at this great property, our first time in the unit. We were looking for unit that could accommodate my wife and I, our two teenagers, and one of their friends, for 5 total. The "den" functioned as a third bedroom for us, and the pullout sofa had a very comfortable mattress that made that no issue at all. The expansive balcony was just as pictured - very long and spacious, and we used the seating area all week for morning coffee and evening wine/reading. While the unit was truly great, I think our favorite part of the property was the privacy of the resort, especially the beach. I'm sure we have all been to places where you need to be out at the pool or beach by a certain time or you are stuck in a bad spot. Or maybe places where regardless of what time you go, you're on top of each other. Not at this property. We were there during a busy week and we never had an issue, whether we went at 9am, 11am -- anytime. Often we switched from pool to beach, or vice versa, in the early afternoon, again with no problem. The privacy of the resort was tremendous and was just what we needed. Amy's communication was excellent, and the photos are perfectly accurate. We will absolutely consider this unit again when booking in the area.

Excellent experience

This property is beautiful and comfortable, with all the required amenities. It has a wide expanse view of the ocean, overlooking the property's 2 infinity pools with the ocean beyond, and the services are the building are excellent. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Exquisite condo!

Our family has vacationed at the Ritz Residences at Singer Island for 10+ years and this is one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed in! The huge balcony and exquisite ocean view are priceless. The condo was beautifully furnished, spacious, and well cared for. It was apparent that the owners took great care in thinking of what renters may need - including extra outlets behind night stands to plug in chargers for devices. We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to return!
