While the property is our principal residence that we rent out when we are travelling, it is your home while you are here and is fully equipped. Enjoy the spectacular ocean views from the main balcony, which is accessible from the kitchen, living room or master suite--or enjoy the dazzling sunsets and intracoastal views from the rear balcony, accessible from the remaining two bedrooms. Dine al fresco on the ocean-view balcony or enjoy a chef prepared meal at the onsite poolside restaurant.

The grounds are spectacular. Have drinks and food brought to you poolside at the upper resort pool as you lounge in chaises or in the cabanas or at the lower lagoon pool. Walk out to the private beach where chairs and umbrellas are set up each day. Towel service and water provided at both pools and at the beach. Or choose to pamper yourself in one of the two hot tubs on the property.

Inside, the spacious 2700 square foot unit has been professionally furnished/decorated with the finest touches to provide for your utmost comfort. The gourmet eat-in kitchen features Madagascar ebony cabinets and granite countertops with Bosch appliances and built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator. The great room/living room features wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with views of the ocean, leather and silk furniture, large HD Smart TV (with Xfinity cable, including HBO) and superior stereo sound system. The dining room seats six in front of a full wall mirror reflecting the ocean view.

Located in a separate wing, the master suite features a king-sized bed, plasma LG TV, walk-in closet, desk/office area, and a huge bathroom with separate sinks, vanity area with lighted mirror, glass shower, Jacuzzi tub and separate water closet. The guest ensuite bedroom has a queen bed with adjustable remote control and LCD TV. The remaining bedroom has two twin beds, LG plasma TV, and use of the hall bathroom with glass shower. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors to a balcony.
The laundry room has Maytag appliances and a wall-mounted ironing board.

There is wireless Internet access throughout the complex, password protected in the unit, and Ritz Guest by the pools and in the exercise rooms and media rooms. There is a wireless printer in the unit, and the concierge will be happy to scan, copy or fax if those services are needed.

You have access to a fully-equipped exercise room with sauna and showers. Water, fresh fruit and towels provided, as well as ear buds should you forget to bring yours down. In addition to a social room with bar, catering kitchen, and billiards table there is a library, boardroom/business center and a cinema-style private screening room with streaming capability (see concierge to reserve).

There are also four gas grills by the restaurant that can be reserved for your use, as well as a grill cart and grilling tools if needed (again, see concierge).

Activities and Attractions: Seaside relaxation, fabulous restaurants and world class entertainment are just minutes away. The aquamarine waters brought on by the Gulf Stream makes Singer Island a water lover's paradise. Boating enthusiasts will relish Sailfish Marina and Port of Palm Beach, both within a mile. At the condo or at neighboring John D. MacArthur State Park (less than a mile away) are an endless array of water sport options from scuba and snorkeling to sailing and fishing. Tennis
lovers will enjoy the new courts installed next door the condo and available free of charge. For golfers, so many clubs are close by including the internationally acclaimed PGA National, home of the Honda Classic.
Children will enjoy the adjoining public playground. Other family fun includes Lion Country Safari (Florida’s only drive-through safari and walk-through amusement park), Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society, Manatee Lagoon, or a DivaDuck Amphibious Tour.
Cultural activities include first class performances at the Kravis Center or the Maltz Jupiter Theatre, the Flagler Museum, the Norton Museum of Art, and so many more.
