The residence is located on the 9th floor with almost 360 view of Singer Island. Features a furnished private patio with seamless access to the resort’s world-class amenities. There is also a view of both the sun-rise and sun-set. Walkable to Sailfish Marina, Buccaneer Marina, Blue Heron Bridge/Phil Foster Park and bike ride to John D. MacArthur Beach State Park. Multiple other restaurants/convenience stores stone throws walk away from unit.

Guests enjoy full access to everything the property offers, including two stunning infinity pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 private home theaters for residents and guests, two stylish social lounges with pool tables, two state-of-the-art fitness centers with saunas, an on-site restaurant, and a private beachfront with dedicated concierge service. Currently the upper pool, beachside hot tub and stairs are under construction. However, the upper hot tub, lagoon pool are open at the moment.
