Welcome to Sunny Poipu Beach! This colorful, 2nd floor Kiahuna Plantation leaves nothing to be desired! Relax on your private lanai overlooking the garden while being steps to the sand. Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast 200mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, king size bed, full bathroom and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too.

The Bedroom has a comfortable King size bed to ensure a comfortable night's rest. Don't forget about the coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests (4 total). In the living room you'll also find a 55" TV with cable TV to relax after a day's adventure. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen with all of the cooking supplies you can think of!

Complimentary access to the nearby Poipu Beach Athletic club with poolside bar, hot tub, tennis, water slide and workout room included. Shopping and dining also just next door. It's the perfect location here at Kiahuna Plantation. Just 45 minutes to the top of the Waimea Canyon and 1 hour to the North Shore. Excellent communication with host and easy to work with. The condo had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, pleasant decor, and air conditioning. We have come to Kianhuna many times and I would rent this condo again.

It was a great property. The location is fantastic. Of all the beaches we went to the one on the property was the best.The only complaint is the beach chairs were not great. One rusted out . The other I fixed by going to the hardware store and get a screw and nut. I wish they had coffee filters so I did not have to buy a bundle.

The location is perfect for walking along the beach, around the beautiful resort grounds or across the street to the wonderful Poipu Shopping Village with its great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy. Our condo was spacious with a kitchen that had everything! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect with plenty of amenities and counter space. The whole Hawaiian decor and vibe throughout was wonderful! The AC was a huge plus. Communications with our host were excellent! We will definitely stay here again if and when we get to return to Kauai, the beautiful Garden Isle. Highly recommend.

Kauai Laid Back Stay

The Plantation is tranquil and laid back. The grounds are beautiful and manicured. Our condo had everything needed for cooking and beach time.

Convenient Location, Great Stay

The location was great--quick walk to the beach and easy driving distance to the sites we wanted to see. We ate in quite a bit and the kitchen was well equipped to cook quick meals. The AC was helpful in the heat and humidity, the bed was comfortable, and the patio was lovely in the cooler mornings. Property management was responsive and the unit was clean.

Convenient and cozy

Location is excellent. Beach is great. pretty good snorkeling right there. Close to restuarants. Communication with the rental management was very good. I conveyed some minor issues and they responded quickly. Nicely stocked kitchen.

Plantation Condo

The property is as advertised. Very close to the beach (2 min on foot), clean, nicely furnished. A/C works great. The Resort complex is very well kept and exceptionally quiet in the evenings. There are several very good restaurants nearby.

Second time in this unit

Love the property. Second time staying in this unit in a few years, and have been coming to Kiahuna for over 20. Unit is nicely updated and has held up well over the last couple years. Love love love the AC! Really makes a difference. The only negatives I would say is the couch is terrible, unusable as a couch. No padding and the bars for the folding bed are stickup up making it very uncomfortable. This is not the couch in the pictures. Also the mattress was not comfortable and needs replacing. These are not things that made the overall experience bad though and I would rent this unit again as long as the couch was replaced.

Nice stay

been several time to Kiahuna Plantations. This time used VRBO to get this specific unit with AC. What a big difference this made. We always made do without, but it is really nice to have some days. Cable was out but they sent a tech to fix it within a couple days. No big deal. Check-in was delayed 1.5 hours, which was inconvenient, but they did let us have a generous late checkout at the end, so all was good. Would stay here again.

Great location

We really liked the property but had a challenge with check in and recovering some items that we left in the unit. The property has a few different management companies involved which made check in and recovery of our things challenging. Overall would stay again!
