This beautifully renovated cozy studio, 1-bathroom condo with vaulted ceilings is the perfect cozy spot for your Mammoth getaway! Located on the 2nd level with electric heating throughout and a private outdoor deck, ideal for dining al fresco or simply enjoying a peaceful mountain setting with your favorite drink. Located in the Mammoth Estates community, this unit is the perfect year-round getaway. Whether you're visiting in winter or summer, this is one of the best locations in town! You’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. After a day exploring the mountain or hiking trails, unwind in the inviting living area by the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the 60" flatscreen TV or gather at the dining table with seating for four. The full kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to cook meals at home. The sleeping area features a Queen bed with partial privacy thanks to a walled partition, while a pull-out sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. The full bathroom includes a stand-up shower and dual vanity areas for added comfort. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to one unassigned outdoor parking space. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. This unit includes one parking pass and is not pet friendly. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, close walk to the gondola amd the village. Cute and cozy unit. It has all good quality cooking utensils. Plenty of storage space even a room dedicated for snowboard gears and boots and jackets. Plenty of hooks!!! It doesnt have enough extra towels though if you want to use the hottub. The bed has weird memory foam topper that made it really uncomfortable for me to sleep because my husband's weight has made it sunk on his side which means i keep sliding and iam at an awkward slope position. it seems comfortable if you're sleeping there alone but not if you're sharing with uneven weight. so i ended up in the couch which was very comfortable. overall, we loved the place, it's cute and nice.The hottub can be crowded and loud.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just the perfect little place. It had everything we needed and was a quick walk to the village gondola. The only thing I would change is get rid of the need to stop by the leasing office before and after the rental. It only takes a couple minutes but there is no reason the parking pass couldn't be left in the unit.

Great cozy studio!

Everything you need and want. Very well done loft studio. Modern rustic and very chill. Top floor reduces noise. Blue line to Canyon lodge is literally across the street and the Village is a short 5 minute walk. Perfect place to ski all day, shower, disco nap and then walk to the village for dinner/drinks or relax in the hot tub. Can’t wait to go back!

I normally don’t write any reviews unless the property is exceptional or horrible. This property turned out to be horrible for sleeping. It’s advertised to sleep 4. There is no way that two people could sleep on the uncomfortable queen bed. The pull out Sofa was not any better. No sheets were provided for the sofa. You are better off staying at Motel 6 than this property. I recommend the owner invest in getting new beds to truly sleep 4.

Everything was amazing, except the Bed & pull out couch bed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was excellent except for the bed. The kitchen, bathroom, living room with stand alone heater were all amazing. The location was fantastic, the jacuzzi and game room were very much appreciated, and the reservations team were wonderful. Everything in this unit was amazing, except the bed. The bed was soft and caved in the middle. There was an egg crate padding to compensate for the lack of support but honestly I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. It was so disappointing because everything else was phenomenal in the unit. The couch pull out was the same way, ******, thin, used and not worth sleeping on. For a unit that is of such nice condition to have terrible sleeping furnishing it was such a bummer. Especially after a big snow and day on the mountain, my girlfriend, buddy, and I really just wanted some good sleep and none of us got any. Please, please, please replace these bedding elements and I will definitely come rent this unit again and tell all my friends about it, but until that time, I can not jeopardize good sleep for nice amenities and location. Great location, Nice Place... a few issues

Close to village, close to Jacuzzi, and a decent price compared to most in the surrounding area. Internet never worked, which meant the main TV didn't work. Heating was confusing with no instructions but we figured it out. Bed was awful which is unfortunate in a place you hitting the slopes all day and want a good nights sleep after.

Just OK

Very cute studio in a great location. However few things I would like to point out. Cleanliness could have been better; initially we were ok with few missing details, but once walking in a white socks was not good idea. The floors needs to be washed once in a while. What is important to us while on vacation is simple- good night of sleep, fresh coffee and nice shower. This place was nicely remodeled, but if you wanna provide quality stay two foam pads on top of the spring box do not cut it. The minute we laid in that bed we felt like falling into a crater anchoring our feet over the edge to not fall any deeper. My body looked like letter”V” in the am. We end up sleeping on the sofa and floor in the living room. Shower situation; it took about 10 min to get hot water (I guess that’s ok we were on the vacation after all) but once you get the hot water it’s hard to regulate and it’s just a little sprinkle, we were wishing for nice powerful shower after day full of activities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to find a place in a hurry. Over the years, we have stayed in many of the units on this property. They have all been upgraded and are very nice and comfortable, We enjoy these studios especially. The only minor negatives in this one are the light fixture in the dining room and the hood over the stove are both mounted too low and we bumped our heads a lot. Also, there is no dishwasher, which is only a minor inconvenience.

It’s was quite warm when I visited but all I had to do was open those windows and blast the fan for a very comfortable living space. The condo is two blocks from the gondola and a short drive to old mammoth. I had a wonderful trip. Check-in was a little outdated as I had to go to an office to collect my key code and parking pass. I also had to drop it off before leaving. I booked the wrong check out date several months before traveling and they were able to move the date for me for a nominal fee. I enjoyed my experience at the condo and with the renting agency.

EVERYTHING was brand new and HIGH quality. The decor won't be to everyone's liking... mountain/ industrial might be too modern or hard for some. The kitchen is all quality, but small. The bedroom is open to the living area, which won't work for some people. The condo complex is a bit dated. There's not a lot of light in the condo. The condo does hear road noise, it's on a fairly busy road with buses etc, which is convenient if you want buses, but not so much if you want total quiet. I was there in off season, so still pretty quiet, but I imagine in busy seasons it would have been much more road noise. There is a hookup for washer/ dryer, but no washer/ dryer, which I thought was a big miss for the quality offered, although I understand, from a rental landlord point of view a W/d is an added expense not just initially but in ongoing maintenance and things going badly wrong with leaked hoses. top level of two levels, which again is good for some and not for others.
