Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at the property. We love the layout of the house and its proximity to all things Bethany Beach. Its spacious and homey and accommodates our family of 6.

Family Vacay!

Short trip

We stayed from Thursday -monday the property was clean. The home is beautiful and the whole family loved it. There was some beach toys available for the kids to play with as well as some boardgames . We were very comfortable here with 10 ppl and 5 kids under 5

Great family house

The neighborhood & house helped us on the rainy days.... lots of games, ample space in sun-porch, fantastic large neighborhood pool, flat wide streets great for beginner bikers, good TVs. Very responsive owner and agent. It is a 10 min drive to the beach unless you're comfortable biking on busy roads.

Lovely Family Beach Home

Our family traveled to Ocean City for Reach the Beach National Championship Cheer Competition and chose to stay in a Vrbo for the family atmosphere an this home did NOT disappoint!! Very accommodating and thoughtful home, comfortable beds, and lots of space. The blankets are a must to get under while watching a movie!! The grill needed to be cleaned so we were not able to grill, but our Italian homemade cuisine was just as good. Loved the home and would stay again!

Good but not Great

LOTS of problems with electronic key entry and electronic thermostats. Only two pillows per king sized bed. Keurig flashed DESCALE from the start of our stay. Nice supply of Keurig pods. No garbage bags and no amenities normally supplied in the area - e.g. shampoo, soaps, toothbrush, etc. Plenty of hot water for four showers in a row. Nice choice of games, including foosball and corn whole. Nice screened porch with large dining table as well as a deck with another table and grill. Nice beach chairs.

Hi Jane, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-Our property manager did their best to assist with the electronic key entry and thermostats, offering guidance and even to come by in person. We’re sorry if this was a source of frustration during your stay.-Each king-sized bed is provided with two pillows, but extra pillows were available in the closets. We would have been happy to direct you to them had we known you needed more.-The Keurig’s "descale" light continues to flash despite being cleaned recently, and we have worked with Keurig to resolve this but to no avail. Rest assured, the machine is in good working order.-A starter supply of garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies. We don’t provide additional toiletries like shampoo or toothbrushes as this is not an amenity included on the listing.We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you enjoyed the games, screened porch, and beach chairs. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Our vacation at the beach

The floors in the home need a good cleaning. Our feet were dirty just inside for a few hours. The trash can and recycling can was so overfilled outside at the curb the trash was blowing all over the yard we picked it up three times. Call the manager or send it they were supposed to come the next day they didn't show up for 2 days. The waste company came and dropped off an extra can for trash and recycling. When we first arrived the AC was on 78 as requested by the owners. With it being close to 90° outside it took more than 24 hours to cool the house down while we roasted inside.

Perfect balance

This property is located in a great spot. It is away from the crowds of the beach towns, but yet just a short drive for ease of beach access. The neighborhood is quiet and laid back. The pool is a short walk away and was never crowded even during the holiday week. We enjoyed the house amenities and the layout worked well for the 4 adults and 4 children. The outdoor shower is a great bonus feature. It was nice to get rid of all the sand at the end of a hot day. The only very minor complaint was a scarcity of provided towels. We had 6 towels provided for 8 people (and we were unable to locate hand towels).

Bachelorette weekend

We had such a lovely time and stay! This is the sweetest beach house, beautifully decorated and lots of comforts available. Has everything you need and we had a great time. It’s a little bit of a distance from the beach, and the pool is no fun at all unless you have small children (no music, food, or drinks allowed at the pool…🙄), but other than that hiccup we had a great stay!!!

Great vacation

The house is beautiful, the location is convenient to the beach. The owner was accessible. They thought of everything, all we had to do was bring our food and belongings. It was an easy bike to the beach and close to fun activities in town. You can't go wrong renting this house. We definitely recommend this house and would rent it again. The third (outside) shower was wonderful, especially after time at the beach.

We had an amazing time. The house was stocked with anything you need & we loved the neighborhood pool. It was 3 miles from the beach while being perfectly tucked away enough from large crowds. We will absolutely be back!

Fantastic Family Getaway

We decided somewhat last minute to take the family away for the first time in over a year due to the pandemic. We chose this house on a whim and we are so lucky we did. The pictures do not do the house justice. The house is in a great location (tucked away yet close to all), very comfortable, well stocked and impeccably clean. The host was extremely gracious and accommodating. We enjoyed every minute of our weekend getaway and would not hesitate to return.

Tranquil stay near the Bethany Beach boardwalk

We couldn't have been happier with our rental arrangements at this newly renovated home. The house has a very spacious feel, and you can tell that special attention was paid to every room. The foosball table was a big hit, as was, the private tennis court, accessible only to the community. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a refuge from busy everyday life, and as a place to call home away from home.
