Madeira Norte #101 - This is a very large corner unit with a private 30 foot balcony. Onsite heated pool. Partial Beach Views from Bedrooms and Balcony. Updated kitchen with solid surface counter and all white appliances. Tiled throughout with updated tile baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite dual sink vanity and stand up shower bath, and access to the balcony. Guest bedroom has two full size beds. Open spacious dining and living area opens to the balcony. Full Size Washer and dryer in unit. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure may be required. Call for exceptions. The living room and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Free highspeed wifi. There is no phone in this condo. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Good location for not needing car much

Great location and beautiful beach. Unit was just ok in amenities and cleanliness, unable to walk barefoot in unit without feet getting dirty. Keys needed to get in and out everywhere from beach to pool to elevator and stairs, not a big deal but more than 2 sets would be better. Guessing it’s due to the public parking next door. Unit faces johns pass and is on the 1st floor so there is road noise and music from the bands. Great for lounging on the balcony but noise machine was beneficial for master bedroom when sleeping. Balcony had a great breeze entire week. Lots of beach and pool floats/supplies provided in closet.

After walking around the unit barefoot right after we first got there, our feet got dirty! My husband also stepped on a fish hook! Not good. Guest shower head was really bad. Toaster missing a handle. No pot holders. Lack of small fry pan and small dishes. For what we paid, all of these things were unacceptable. I guess we had to make sacrifices for a nice location.

The layout is weird, and everything there is just a bit inconvenient. From storage in kitchen to the noise from the street/bar. What makes this a 2-star is that the showers were horrible! No water pressure at all and because they are so big with no tub it makes for a very unpleasant experience. I'd put up with all other quirks if the showers were hot and had pressure.

Everything about our stay was great, the condo was exactly what we wanted, clean, nice updates. The location, right across from John's Pass was great, unit 101 faces the pass so we had entertainment, music every evening. Restaurants, shops all right there. Very clean and well maintained, the people all were very friendly. Everything about the experience was really nice.

It was nice to sit on the balcony and looking over at the shops and looking back towards the gulf.The downside of our stay were the people directly above us who obviously had a toddler who would run back and forth starting at 6 in the morning. We made two calls to SunHost regarding this annoyance and all was better after the second call.The condo could use some renovations, but did not take away from our visit. The blind in the second bedroom does not work. It would have been nice to have a roll of paper towels provided.

We figured it out pretty quickly but a couple checking in the following night had a very hard time with it, so I think it could be simplified by putting exact directions on the check-in directions. Staff that completed our check-in the next day was very kind and welcoming. We loved being able to hear the music from the Bamboo Bar across the street, it stops at 9pm so it doesn’t interrupt sleep. Great location, we walked everywhere and took the Suncoast trolley at $5 a day was awesome. Beach access was great. Pool was nice. Facility was secure 24/7. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Water pressure was great everywhere except the showers. A little deliming of shower heads would help.

Girls trip

This location was so perfect for a beach trip!! Just a short elevator ride and barely a walk and your on a beautiful beach! The only issues we had was a more complicated check in process since our plane landed so late, and the keys for the elevator/the beach were a little tricky sometimes, but usually worked after a few tries. The place was so cute, clean aside from some residual sand on the tiles which is to be expected, and had all the essentials for cooking/cleaning.

Also the whole condo complex requires keys for everything including the elevator and the stairs. So if you had guests come stay with you, you had to meet them downstairs to let them up. Other than those things, we had a great week, and enjoyed the condo. Wish it faced the beach and not the street.
