Parking space was exceptionally tight - ended up using uber. The kitchen stools are terrible - look nice but too hard and no back support. Enjoyed our stay - would book again.

Late Summer 2024

Property is nice. We stayed on the ground level floor. Upstairs is loud, you can hear almost everything going on up there. Air conditioner in the bedroom blows right on you, challenging to sleep and be comfortable. We drove 10 hours and went to check-in at 4:10pm (check inis 4pm). Cleaning service was still there and had to wait another half hour. I was not happy about that at all. You pay for 4pm, should have been ready for 4pm. Called DelMar Property Mgmt. They apologized (whoopee). I asked for some form of refund compensation, got nothing. I won’t be using a property supported by DelMar again. They were unprofessional and not supportive. VRBO and property owners should be aware of DelMar’s operation.

Believe all the 5 star reviews - this property has it all! Close enough to everything, great location, nice outdoor space. Well furnished and comfortable - and this place looks brand new or very recently refurbed. Clean and ready for you to unpack and relax, and comes with all the little things you'll need. We'll be back again soon!

New place, but fell short of a great experience.

Not a very good experience, and here are the reasons: 1. Dirty glasses in the cupboard (I washed them for you) 2. No tissues provided. 3. No shower soap provided 4. No shower shampoo provided. 5. Only two this bath towels. Not enough for this length of stay and never would dry between showers 6. I paid cleaning fees, which is expected, yet they asked me to "do all the dishes, take out garbage, and strip sheets". As your guest I think this is overreach and hotels don't ask this. 7. Check out is 9:00am? That is way, way too early and I would suggest you increase your cleaning staff and give people a reasonable checkout time. 8. You made me sign so many documents, it was like I was buying the place, and bit annoying. I cannot in good faith recommend this property and would suggest to look around a bit more.

Amazing Getaway

The property is in a perfect location. One block away from Commercial Street. You can walk to everything. The property is bright and clean and spacious. Would definitely stay there again when we go back to Ptown.

This condo was wonderful. Tastefully decorated, excellent use of space, exceptionally clean and perfect location. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Property manager was very responsive and checked in during the stay. Will definitely be back!

This immaculate apartment was beautifully furnished with all that you need for a vacation stay. The location was perfect; right off Commercial Street and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay there again on our next visit to Provincetown.
