This 2 bedroom, 3 story townhouse has everything you need for your perfect Ptown vacation. Private outdoor space for grilling, upstairs balcony for watching sunsets, laundry, and 2 convenient side-by-side parking spaces (rare in Ptown). Relax and entertain in the open living room/ kitchen with stainless appliances, gas fireplace, breakfast island, and cocktail bar. A short 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to both the center of town and Herring Cove Beach. Feel free to use the two bicycles parked out front.

Features 2 master suites--each large bedroom on its own floor with ensuite bathroom for privacy. Both have queen mattresses, large, two-headed showers filled with Keihl's products. Top floor master has its own balcony!

Finished basement offers a quiet desk nook with natural light if you need to get some work done. It also offers matted gym floor for yoga and exercise.

Built in 2017, this house offers Nest-operated Fujitsu climate control units on each floor. Wifi throughout the house, with Sonos speakers to play your own music library.
Two smart TV's with movie apps. Dimmers on all lights.

Adirondack chairs in landscaped front yard for morning coffee. Private backyard patio features new Weber Genesis gas grill, shaded picnic table, and string lights for evening gatherings.

Perfectly located in a tranquil neighborhood overlooking a horse farm, but steps to Commercial Street. 10 minute walk to town center as well as to entrance of Herring Cove Beach. Across the street from Victor's Restaurant and its popular Happy Hour.

The only downside: You may not want to leave.

This is our second time staying here and we love it. Each bedroom is very private with lovely bathrooms. The view from the top terrace is so lovely. We would watch horses play in the late afternoons as the sunset. The house also has a great basement for yoga or zoom calls or whatever. It’s a quick bike ride to the beach or to the center of town- and the owners supply two bikes! Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Provincetown!

This home was perfect for our vacation! It's a beautiful townhome with plenty of space, which can be hard to find in Provincetown! The backyard patio was so lovely to eat dinners outside. David and Tommy were great hosts and very communicative from beginning to end. We had zero issues and would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful property/ great location.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is four stories! Had no idea! The bedrooms are fabulous. The top deck view is lovely. The kitchen is so well appointed too. It’s right across from Gail force deli and bikes so it’s easy to get lunches for the beach or breakfast or appetizers for a small gathering.

This location was perfect for us with proximity to everything we needed, as we are in our late 70's. Great amenities. For those of you who like to cook at home, like us, some of the utensils need to be upgraded, such as a potato peeler, and kitchen knives, and cooking pots. Yes, we would stay here again.

Relaxed West End Location

Great property for two couples. Both bedrooms have on suite bathrooms with an additional half bath on the second floor. Gale Force Bikes is around the corner and has great coffee and quick bites. Be comfortable with stairs. Owners, Tommy and David, were responsive, but we never needed to reach out during the stay since they have the property set up so well. Will stay with them again!

Lovely balcony views!

The property was beautiful and well appointed. 2 parking spaces were ideal. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were wonderful. The only negative was the chair and couch in the living room were uncomfortable. All in all it was a 5 star accommodation. The owner was very responsive to a small glitch. Would highly recommend.

Best Provincetown Condo

This condo was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, and the finishes were premium. I stayed with my spouse and 1 other couple for a week. The condo layout created a private environment for each floor. The location is a few steps away from Bradford street and a 3 minute walk to Commercial street. The property is quiet and the views were breathtaking. I want to thank David and Tommy for accommodating us and their awesome communication. They are the best host in Provincetown. We look forward to future bookings here!

A Perfect Place to Stay

This rental unit was clean, well-appointed and in a beautiful section of Provincetown. It has two lovely outdoor spaces to sit and relax or have a meal. The planting in the gardens is beautiful, too. The kitchen is great to cook in and had everything I needed. We loved not eating out all the time. The beds were comfortable. The two and a half bathrooms perfect; with plenty of fresh clean linens and towels. There also a washing machine and dryer in the unit. We way over packed but are going home with clean laundry. My favorite feature was the patio off the third-floor bedroom that has two Adirondack chairs, and, in the distance, you looked at a field with five horses grazing. Also, the beach was a thirty-minute walk, and it is fabulous. The owners, David and Tommy were incredibly responsive. All in all, a great place to stay.

Wonderful West End Townhome

We’ve been traveling to P-Town for decades, and this is one of the best places we’ve ever found—a true gem! This place is immaculately spotless. Not only that, as soon as you walk in, you feel right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need, and the great room is comfortable and warm. All amenities are clearly high-end and modern, adding to the comfort of our stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a real plus! And the beds are super-comfortable. The third-floor deck has great views of the nearby horse farm, and beyond. The quiet location on the West End is excellent place to relax, and yet it's an easy walk to the excitement of Commercial Street. Finally, David & Tommy are fabulously responsive hosts. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect West End Retreat

If you have an opportunity to stay here, take it. The place is beautiful, location is perfect, etc. But the nicest part is that you feel at home. In most short term rentals, there are rules plastered all over the fridge. These guys go the extra mile with everything they provide and make it feel like you're walking into your home, not a generic rental.

Perfect Location Hideaway

This unit was absolutely perfect for us (3 adults). Well kept, stocked, cleaned and decorated. A small cocktail bar, streaming ready to go on TV, speakers throughout the house to connect to, "smart" options throughout. Location was great; walk to town and Jetty. Balcony view was beautiful. Bikes on premises were a wonderful addition - close to beach and all of town. Basement provided a nice little hideaway for our guest to attend to work and find some alone time. Owners were highly engaged throughout the entire process. Fabulous time had by all!

Awesome place to stay

Thank you to David & Tommy for being such great hosts! The place was very cleaned and well maintained. Kitchen was well equiped. Rooms were spacious, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room were a treat. Perfect get away

This property is near to everything in Provincetown. Easy to get to the beach. Easy to walk to restaurants. But also quiet and peaceful. Tommy and David are the perfect hosts.
