True to it's name under over 100 Pines this Ranch style modern chalet is the ultimate vacation rental retreat furnished with your vacation stay in mind from head to toe this is the perfect home for a family reunion, corporate retreat, or a group of friends to enjoy the best of the mountains together. Sitting on over an acre of level and well maintained mountain property you'll will be in a quaint East valley neighborhood area known as Erwin Lake which provides tranquility and relaxation yet is still within a ten minute car ride to all that Big Bear has to offer.
You will fall in love the moment you enter your single story chalet with a spacious and open floor plan boasting knotty pine beamed cathedral ceilings and custom hardwood floors paired with modern mountain furnishings and beautiful windows that provide the perfect combination of natural lighting and forested views. Enjoy a movie night snuggling up on the comfy couches in in the cozy living room area with a massive mounted flat screen Streaming TV and complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming services.) Central forced heat keeps your group toasty and comfortable no matter the season while access to the spacious sun deck can be found easily here off of the living room, the adorable vintage corner fireplace seen is decorative only. Enjoy breakfast bar stool seating paired with the formal log dining table and bay windows to ensure plenty of ample sitting space for the whole group plus you'll have fantastic forested window views to compliment your meals. The chef of your group will absolutely love preparing your home cooked meals or entertaining a dinner party here at the ranch with everything you need at your fingertips. The spacious and equipped kitchen is beautifully remodeled with gorgeous oak cabinets stocked with essentials and cookware for preparing your home cooked meals. Ample counter prep spaces and general appliances pair with a dishwasher for added convenience and clean up during your stay.
A separate half bath and laundry room off of the kitchen offers a washer and dryer for those wet snow clothes or extended vacation stays here in the mountains keeping things ultra convenient for your group. Being a single level chalet you will have quick and easy access to your three sleeping quarters and two additional bathrooms, each is made up for your group's arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your visit. The beautiful master suite offers amazing sun windows and direct deck access along with a private bathroom featuring the most amazing steam shower and dual vanity sinks. Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
