Set on a beautifully treed lot that feels like your own private forest, this 1,000+ sq ft log cabin offers a cozy mountain escape with two king bedrooms, two private bathrooms and a beautiful river-rock wood-burning fireplace. Its convenient location puts Big Bear Lake and the Alpine Zoo within an easy walk, while ski slopes, restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away.

Wake up to the quiet of the trees, spend your day exploring Big Bear and come home to a cabin made for slowing down. Take a leisurely walk to the lake or Alpine Zoo, explore nearby National Forest trails, then return to relax by the fire or enjoy a BBQ on the spacious back deck. With two comfortable king suites and plenty of outdoor space, it's an easy place to settle in and enjoy a peaceful mountain getaway.

Inside the cabin
The inviting living room features comfortable seating, a TV, dining table and a beautiful river-rock wood-burning fireplace that creates a warm centerpiece for relaxing after a day outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. You'll also find a blender, toaster, coffee maker, turkey roaster, rice cooker, tea kettle, spices, cookware, dishes and pots and pans.

Smart TVs with streaming apps, fast WiFi, board games and card games provide additional entertainment, while the side-by-side washer and dryer add convenience.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.

Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Catalina Creekside Cabin

Generally enjoyed the cabin and facilities and we have always like that area/location in general (convenient to stores, restaurants and other amenities, etc.). Downside to the place was that the couch cushions are very worn out and not comfortable (had to add pillows to the seat to make them tolerable). Also, one bed did not have a headboard which made it awkward to read in bed as if you tried to stack pillows they would bang up against the blinds and window. TV on the mantle could be larger as well as it's a pretty large living room for such a small TV.

Our second time staying at this cabin

Our family loves this cabin, it was our second time at this one and we will definitely be back again. Great fenced in big backyard that our dogs just love! Great location and the cabin itself is both classy and cozy.

Cutest little cabinet with all the necessities for me and my pup.

This is the fourth time that I have booked this charming little cabin. It's the perfect size for my husband, me, and my dog who loves the big fenced backyard with all of the big pine trees. It's become a yearly getaway away for us during this time of year. It's close by the lake and near the grocery store for us to pick things up easily. Booking and being in contact with the company was smooth and easy. Thank you for letting us stay in your adorable little home. We hope to be able to continue to this tradition for our little family.

Best overnight trip

This was our first trip with our 2 dogs . We are empty nesters wanting to start taking trips with them . This back yard was amazing!! Super dog friendly and very relaxing for us . The cabin was spotless , we will be back forsure .
