Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Ensure the stove and oven is turned off
- Ensure there is no burning fire in the fireplace
- Turn off/unplug space heaters
- Remove all perishable items
- Take trash to bins next to front porch.
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Make sure the Spa is turned “Minimum”, jets/lights off, and spa temperature to 95 degrees
- If the EV charger has been used, please wrap it up in clean fashion
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Opt for this neighborhood to be a convenient 5-minute drive from Bear Mountain Ski Resort and only 10 minutes from Snow Summit Ski Resort. And for those summer adventures, you'll find yourself within 15 minutes or less from the local alpine slide and captivating hiking trails. No matter your vacation plans, Moonridge is by far my favorite location in Big Bear year-round.
