There is restricted access to the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park to only club members and their guests. This property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Plantation. No motorcycles, RV's or Trailers are allowed on the grounds of Amelia Island Plantation. This unit is all on one level but it is on the 2nd story (Vaulted Ceilings).



ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.

Cozy Courtside Villa

Perfect location within Amelia Island Plantation! The beach, nature center, shops and mini golf are all within a short walk. A grocery store, more restaurants and shops are just minutes away. The villa was fully stocked (travel size toiletries, toilet paper, linens and towels, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, etc.) A wonderful place to relax! The owners thought of everything, even suppling a beach kit (wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels). Our family truly enjoyed our stay!

Great Location!

Our family attended a wedding in the Amelia Island Plantation Resort. The condo was convenient to all our activities. We enjoyed the onsite pool. There were several flights of stairs to the condo so be prepared to carry up your luggage, etc .

Nice Villa

We spent a long weekend here and had a great time. The villa is spacious and clean. Sue from iTrip communicated well and was a pleasure to work with. Any questions were answered immediately via a text message or email. The villa has been updated and has nice furniture. My wife especially enjoyed the recliner as she was recovering from shoulder surgery. The resort has some convenient restaurants. I recommend the Falcon’s nest restaurant for really good burgers and daily specials. The beach is within walking distance and the villa includes a beach kit which has some chairs and an umbrella. The villa also has a coffee bar which includes a Keurig coffee machine, and k-cups were included. Updated TVs are in the bedrooms and the main living room. The internet works well, and you can easily set-up your streaming accounts on the TVs. Some extra nice things that I found convenient were USB charging blocks for your phones and devices. Looking forward to my next stay.

Great stay!

Had a great stay here for one week in April 2025. Close to beach, plenty of space for a family of 5. Clean, well stocked. Some small issues:No hand soap in the bathroomsThe dishwasher didn’t really work — we used it as a drying rackRan out of TPPool was too cold to enjoy, also the trees above it are constantly making it dirty with leaves and tree wasteBut overall we had a great stay, I’d come back.

Our Stay.

Everything was fine. We were happy to be able to check-in an hour early. The instructions for the TV were not very clear. We never were asked about our check-out date per the written instructions. Were we supposed to provide our own Netflix, etc. sign-in codes? Not a big deaL.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed everyday of our stay & hated to leave. Walking paths were great for both us & our mini Aussie! Lots of other pups around both at the resort & in town making this a place to return to. Courtside Villas was peaceful, yet only a short walk to beach. Stay was made even better by great team of Bart, Jeff & Sue who answered questions for us as we had never been to the area before!!

Just what we needed

This property is so lovely and well appointed that I will try and reserve it time and time again. The owners anticipated everything one mught need on a shoet or long vacation. I honestly haven't stayed at a VRBO before that had everything I needed. Just bring your personal toiletries and food and you're done. Exceptionally clean and decorated. So close to the pool that you can see it while watching dishes and the ocean is easily accessible down the street. We did have one mishap but the managers came right away and handled everything.just a lovely place to unwind

Roomy and great property

We spent a week here and had a great time. The bike and walking paths are the best. It was a little walk to the beach but the beach was clean and not crowded at all. And no Cars. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our week at this property. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything you could need. Sue and Bart were terrific to deal with. Very thoughtful and super hosts. This resort is something else! Beautifully tree lined, gorgeous views and spectacular beach. Would definitely recommend and will return for sure!

Very pleasing villa

The place was very nicely decorated. Kitchen had ample cook ware (which is not true of all places ). They even left a few staples to use such as flour,sugar , a few spices and Saran Wrap and foil. Very nice to have these things. The beds were good and nice bed covers. The drapes in bedrooms totally blacked out the light. Nice for sleeping. This villa is up some stairs ,so if you are older ,I’d say maybe it might be a bit of a Chore to get your stuff up in villa. ? Didn’t bother us but just saying —- we had a man helping us. We really enjoyed our stay and ,found it very adequate.

Great Place

Went to a wedding on the Omni property and with the assistance of a golf cart this was a perfect option. Beautiful place, big, private, comfortable and lovely. Could explore the property but still feel quiet and separate from the madness of the hotel.

Wonderful condo!

The condo was in great condition! Everything was clean and the description was very accurate. The condo was very spacious and the tall ceilings in the living room were beautiful. We didn’t run in to any issues but from the communication we did have, I know Sue would have been very helpful. We have already talked about returning to the plantation soon and would love to book the same condo!

This Condo is very spacious and great for couples & families. The bedrooms are on opposite sides giving a little extra privacy - and each has their own deck area too! The Owner's Suite deck is shared with the deck off of the main living area. The grounds of the Omni are beautiful with great walking paths, beautiful trees, park areas and a wonderful place to get away and relax!
