Great property

Great place and close to all that Captiva has to offer. Having a few beach essentials (chairs, umbrellas, etc) would have been great but we made it work. Perfect spot and would stay again.

Great unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner or management company left TP, plastic wrap, etc, soap in bathrooms and kitchen which made us so much more enjoyable than having to run out to shop. Walkable to most restaurants in Captiva and a minute walk to the beach !

New Normal get away

The home was as promised. Clean, quite and beautiful. The community was surrounded by lush greenery which sheltered each home with privacy. Short stroll to the community pool and beach. We enjoyed the property and our first vacation since the craziness of 2020. It was wonderful!

Family vacation 2022

Kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, lots of towels and beach towels. Also had 2 wagons which made trips to the beach a lot easier. Everything within walking distance. This is our 6th year and our 2nd time at this property. We’ll definitely be back.

It is a wonderful house and very well stocked. Close to anything you may need. Some complaints which relate to the property management and not the house. There was a broken step on the back steps that almost resulted in a major fall, there was no local number for the property manager on our check in sheet and on the first night we found a dirty sock in the couch along with some other stuff.

Great location. Great stay.

Rented this property for a week with my wife and two sons. We loved it. The entire development is fantastic. Our property was exactly as advertised and was clean and well stocked. The property is within a short walk (less than half a mile) from 6 or 7 places to eat, and an easy well maintained walk to the beach. We loved it here and will be back.

Wonderful home

My family and I stayed for a week. The property was clean and stocked with anything we would need, besides food of course. We were close to the beach, pool, restaurants, and the Island store. I'm sad we had to leave, but we will be back!! Thanks so much!
