This 2-bedroom, 2-bath 4th-floor beachfront condo sits directly on Treasure Island Beach and offers stunning views of the surf, sand, and unforgettable sunsets from your private balcony. There’s also an in-ground pool to enjoy and a convenient sand rinse station located just outside the unit to help keep the condo sand-free. A pull-out sofa bed is located in the living room. Oceana’s $40 + tax daily stay fee is already included in your booking price.

Check-in takes place across the street at the Oceana West building (2nd floor) between 9am–9pm daily. Arrivals outside those hours will receive a nearby off-site check-in location. There is a front desk for assistance. Beach equipment rentals are available directly on the beach, and daily or nightly dock rentals may be reserved and paid through Oceana Provident.

Please note that only ONE assigned parking space is included with your reservation. We cannot assist with parking for additional vehicles. There are no grills on the property. Policies for boats, kayaks, jet skis, and RVs vary by unit—please confirm approval prior to booking and do not assume they are allowed.

This prime location places you close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and just minutes from John’s Pass. A beach trolley is available for a small fee.

Starter essentials are provided to help you settle in, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink, dish soap, trash bags, a few laundry sheets, dish detergent and sponge, ground coffee or coffee pods, dish towels, and one full set of bath towels plus one beach towel per guest based on occupancy. These items are not replenished during your stay. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, oils, spices, coffee filters, cream or sugar, or aluminum foil.

Minimum age requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years old. Under ADA and Florida law, only documented service animals are permitted.

If someone other than the guest is paying, the payer’s email must be added to the booking, and only the payer may e-sign the rental agreement. The signed agreement ensures guest instructions are automatically sent at 3PM on arrival day.

Rates on open dates are subject to change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health issues, weather, hurricanes (June 1–November 30), red tide, cold water temperatures, flight cancellations, or other travel disruptions. Approved date changes, if allowed, are subject to a $50 fee per change plus any rate difference. Heated pools may feel cool during colder weather, and no refunds will be given for cold water temperatures.

Please understand that after a hurricane there may be temporary closures of beaches, restaurants, roads, amenities, pools, elevators, Wi-Fi, or cable. The no-refund policy remains in effect under these circumstances. Travel insurance, including CFAR coverage, is highly recommended.

Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. Due to same-day turnovers, early check-in requests are discouraged. If the unit becomes available early, you will be notified the morning of arrival; a $50 early check-in fee will apply.

Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If needed, please arrange for a local P.O. Box.

IMPORTANT: If you book this unit but another party is making the payment, you must add the payer’s email address to the booking. The payer will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Only the person who submits payment is authorized to sign the rental agreement.

Age Requirement: At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals—only documented service animals.

There is a strict no refund/cancellation policy within 60 days of check-in. Again, due to the no-refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended—especially if your stay falls during Florida’s hurricane season (June 1 through November 30).

Check-in is anytime after 4PM Eastern. We cannot guarantee pool temperatures during colder months and do not offer refunds or discounts due to cold water temperatures.

Please understand the potential aftermath of a hurricane. There may be temporary closures—possibly lasting weeks—of restaurants, shops, roads, beaches, amenities, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. The no-refund policy will remain in effect under these circumstances. This is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Some policies offered during booking may include a “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) option. Please carefully review the policy details and exclusions. If coverage is not offered during booking, you may purchase insurance through a third-party provider. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will not be available in these situations.

Early Check-In:
Due to a high number of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting early check-in. Standard check-in begins at 4PM Eastern. If the unit becomes available early, we will notify you on the morning of arrival. A $50 early check-in fee will apply.

Everything was very clean and orderly. I cannot say enough about this view! Also, we were here for NYE, and the fireworks were hundreds of feet away, and the rooftop gave us an amazing view of the fireworks from all of the neighboring towns. Highly recommend a stay here!

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. Checking in was quick and easy, the condo was pristine, and the view was spectacular. We cooked breakfast 2 mornings and had everything we needed. We were sad to leave this morning. Thank you for giving my son, DIL and me a magical getaway long weekend. They live in Denver so it was easy to pick them up at the airport. One more plus!

Everything was amazing! The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked - the kitchen and also items for the beach. We took advantage of the beach cabana rentals - folks really nice and took care of us very well! Sunsets were so pretty - words cannot even describe! Loved having rooftop access and use of the pool and hot tub! We had some problems with our key card but easily resolved with help from the check in desk! She was so nice to help - even after hours! Would gladly spend more time here! Close to good restaurants and grocery stores too! Really enjoyed our time at the beach!

Beautiful condo

We stayed after the hurricanes. There was still a lot of cleanup going on in the area, but the property was super clean. Great location! Can’t wait to go back after Treasure Island is fully rebuilt.
