Make your way into this gorgeous 1903 historic home where heritage and luxury meet creating a beautiful space with everything you need to relax and plenty of room to spread out.

Enter into the grand foyer with its high ceilings and elegant design that sets the tone for the rest of the house. Step through into the sun-filled living area with a plush modular lounge, matching armchairs, a wall mounted Roku TV as well as a stack of board games to gather around and play.

Cook up breakfast, lunch or dinner in the stunning, fully equipped chefs’ kitchen that has everything you could need with quality cookware, high-end stainless steel appliances and a sleek granite island bench. There is a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, an oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher to handle the day's dishes.

Serve up your culinary creations in the stylish dining room with a table set for twelve and room for everyone to sit around and catch up, even the little one with a highchair provided - then freshen up after meals with a handy half bath off the kitchen.

Take the stairs up to the second level of the home where you will find three generous bedrooms and the laundry. Each room is filled with luxuriously large king beds and topped with hotel quality linen and plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood located on the eastern edge of Forest Park.

Play chess with the locals on the sidewalk outside the Chess Club and Take a picture in front of the world’s largest chess piece – 14 feet tall — outside the World Chess Hall of Fame.

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

The entire ABODEbucks team has completed "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and have been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
- Primary renter must be 25+ years old
- Pets are not permitted on the property
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
