Offering accommodation for up to eight people, the superior newly built property has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both an indoor and outdoor kitchen, cosy wood fire, laundry, outdoor shower and living/dining areas with premium finishes. Once you step inside you will be swept away by the coastal décor and incredible styling that adorns each room.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight and stocked with the necessities for your stay, it adjoins a beautiful dining table that seats up to 10 and a cosy living area. Should outdoor cooking be more your style, just step out onto your beautiful deck and soak up your tranquil views whilst you fire up the BBQ.

The master bedroom, a beautiful couples’s haven has a welcoming king bed with ensuite. Further down the hallway is a second bedroom with super king which is adjustable into 2 singles should it be preferred, and the third bedroom holds a set of bunk beds for 4.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) and dryer in the laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

The property is perfectly located, providing you ever wish to leave your beautiful treescape surroundings. Located only 3 kilometres from the world-renowned Surfers Point and less than 10 minutes from the centre of Margaret River. The White Elephant Café and The Common are also in Gnarabup, a few minutes away.

There are plenty of bushwalks and it’s at sunrise and sunset you will usually see kangaroos feeding. For golfers the Margaret River golf club is less than a kilometre away and they welcome visitors. The whole area is covered in wineries, at which you can sample their foods and wines. The world renowned Cape Mentelle vineyard is very close to the property.
