Nice cottage Great location

The cottage was very clean, kitchen was well equipped and the view of the sound from the upper deck was amazing. It was a short & easy walk to access to the life guarded beach. There was a check in hiccup when the access code didn’t work but we quickly received a callback and the code was reset remotely. The only other issue was that several jets in the hot tub were not working.

Perfect for small family

Lovely house, just right for small family. Easy walk to nice stretch of beach. Only issue was lack of communication from realtor about arrival details. Called to find out where to get keys and learned linens/towels are included with VRBO - saved lots of packing room. Check in/check out beyond simple. Great week on OBX.
