We are centrally located in the heart of East Vancouver in the Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood. A short stroll to Commercial Drive - 'old world' Italian cafes, boutiques, restaurants, craft breweries and the East Village - a burgeoning, hip scene with great bars, restaurants and shopping.

Our basement suite has been completely renovated with radiant in-floor heat in the bathroom and new Scandinavian-inspired furniture and flooring. Cozy and warm in winter and cool and light in summer!

Located on a quiet, tree-lined neighbourhood in the heart of East Vancouver, our unit is a warm and inviting retreat perfect for a single traveller or a couple.

Private entrance and private outdoor sitting area. Please note: guests do have to walk down a few steps to access the door to the suite.

Ceiling height: 6'4".

This 1-bedroom space features a firm queen bed with a Bloom mattress topper and plenty of pillows for a restful night’s sleep.

The bedroom also has a large walk-in closet offering plenty of storage space for luggage, coats etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils and dinnerware; everything you'll need to prepare all your meals. The dining area has a small dining table that seats two, perfect for enjoying meals or working on your laptop.

The bathroom is clean and modern with radiant in-floor heat and a full bathtub with shower. Fresh towels, and essential toiletries are also provided.

Laundry: Access to the washing machine and dryer in the main house may be arranged upon request and for a small usage fee which includes laundry soap, softener and sheets.

Guests must meet our minimum age requirement of 25.

Please note: my husband and I and our rescue dog Lula live upstairs so normal, day-to-day sound transfer can be expected.
