Doggie Paradise!

The spacious fenced in yard, big patio, and large open indoor spaces were perfect for our small family and two dogs. We will gladly return to this cozy spot.

House was overall good and as expected from the description. It was in a good locations with only a few blocks from the main part of town that was easily walkable. I am in construction so I noticed a few minor things around the house that are in need of repairs, but nothing major that would cause me not to stay at the house in the future.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved our stay at the Koi House! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Your home is beautiful and was just right for our group of 8! We enjoyed eating a couple of meals in, playing cards, and just relaxing after our days at the beach. We hope to return soon!

Great house and good location.

House in great shape. Large nice deck and fenced in back yard. If you are a walker you can walk to the beach at the boardwalk.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The Koi House was the perfect stay for our bachelorette weekend! Walkable to the beach & boardwalk, plenty of sleeping space, great parking. The house has the cutest aesthetic, we all loved the deck and outdoor surfboard shower. Note; the air outside is THICK with flies/mosquitos (unavoidable in coastal NC) so be sure to pack bug spray.

Home away from home

We had an extremely enjoyable stay. The house was very well appointed, clean and organized. There was a welcome board and refreshment basket awaiting us when we arrived. The fenced in backyard was great for our kids! Beds were comfortable, location was great, and we plan on returning. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much! 😊

Nice property. No more koi pond.

The property wasn't cleaned properly. Pet fur/hair was everywhere. Refrigerator wasn't working properly and putrid water was left for us to clean. They masked it with airfresheners. We had to wash kids bedding ourselves it had chips and hair in it. There were little things that wasn't right but all in all the property needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance before putting back on market. Pros: It had nice location to few beaches and boardwalk was enjoyable for the family.
Putrid water left in the bottom of fridge.
Dirt taken out from the room.
Dirt taken out from the master bedroom. I hadn't even cleaned the chair with carpet it had lot of pet hair.

This house was perfect for our stay, plenty of room, the beds and linens were perfect and it’s a great location. My favorite part of this house was how CLEAN it was when we arrived, I did not have to clean ANYTHING prior to starting my vacation with my family. ❤️

Coastal Hideway is a GEM

This was our second stay at the Koi House and it was wonderful! We love the location. A half mile walk to restaurants and the boardwalk AND the quiet neighborhood. Our pups love the fenced in yard (peace of mind for us!). The house itself is well appointed, very clean AND comfortable...we feel at home as soon as we arrive. The back deck is perfect for morning coffee and quiet time. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Peaceful getaway

This place is very welcoming as soon as you walk in the front door it screams welcome home. It's in a very quiet neighborhood which is great if you want to escape the daily Hussle and bussle. The neighbors are very nice and friendly there kids are very respectful they love shooting hoops in there driveway I think it's great. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

Charming fully loaded house with all the amenities you could want about 7 blocks from middle of Carolina Beach at Boa swallows. Little bit of a walk in the heat with chairs, towels etc. Bit well worth it.
