This beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is located in Snowcreek

Phase II and has been thoughtfully updated with exceptional attention to

detail throughout. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, featuring

stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen and dining

area are equipped with heated wood floors, keeping you warm and comfortable

during chilly winter days. Relax in the inviting living room, which offers a

wood-burning fireplace, sofa bed, and a large flat-screen TV with cable and

WiFi. An alcove in the hallway includes bunk beds, providing additional

sleeping space. The private bedroom features a king-size bed, and the unit

also includes a private washer and dryer, making it truly feel like a home

away from home. Enjoy peaceful views overlooking the meadow, creek, and ponds.

The complex offers a covered public hot tub for guests to unwind after a day

of adventure. Pet friendly! One pet is allowed; additional pets may be

approved upon request, please call for details. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier

fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an

indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates,

cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness

and fitness classes. During the summer months, guests can also take advantage

of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as tennis and pickleball courts. Guests

will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is

allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar

Beautiful location!

We had a great time here. The location was great and the trails on the property was a nice surprise. We loved it so much that we tried to extend another day but the property management company did not accept our extension until we were already checked out the next day.

Perfect place. One level and a short walk to the front of the condo. One evening my dog started barking and there was two deers right outside the sliding glass doors. It was amazing.

awsome condo!

place was amazing from the moment we walked in. Clean, very very nice inside. We loved it! Only reason I rated an overall 4 and not 5 is due to the neighbors. Very unfriendly and rude. Not sure if they live there full time or what, but we were greeted with dirty looks from the moment we pulled up in the parking spot that lasted the entire time.

Beautifully renovated home away from home

Once again we had a wonderful time in Mammoth Lakes. Snowcreek #269 is a beautifully renovated home sweet home away from home that is well maintained and has every amenity you need with a very comfy bed for a good nights sleep. It’s a really terrific dog friendly location with lots of walking trails and meadows to enjoy. We will be back again soon as it has become our favorite place to stay. We would definitely recommend the most helpful and friendliest customer service at Mammoth Reservations for your lodging needs as we have reserved our stay with them for more than a decade and they have a great variety of places to choose from depending on your wants and needs. Thank you again Mammoth Reservations and unit owners for sharing your wonderful vacation home in Mammoth Lakes.

Convenient, Cozy Condo with a Beautiful View

My husband and I enjoyed every bit of our stay at this condo; it was so quiet and relaxing. The master bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed - even a muffin tin! But my favorite part of this condo was definitely the shower! Trust me, the shower alone is worth a stay here! The location was convenient to the stores as well as all the hiking activities we had planned. One last thing to add, we were there in the middle of summer, and it was nice to be in a downstairs condo as it stayed pleasantly cool throughout the day (my friend had a different condo that was upstairs and that got quite warm). As an added bonus, it was a fun surprise to watch the local deer venture throughout the complex everyday. This condo will definitely be first on my list when we have a chance to visit Mammoth again.

Stunning Condo!

First, Mammoth Reservations was so accommodating, and everyone communicated very well. We really appreciated that! Secondly, this condo is BEAUTIFUL! It was quiet, with beautiful views out the back, charming community paths to walk our dog on, parking was easy, and bus stops are close. This condo could not have been nicer - like every detail was considered when renovating it! And it's fully stocked down to multiple dog bowls, all the things for cooking, great wood burning stove, cozy beds and couch, and the home as a whole is so comfortable. My husband and I have two boys, 6 and 9 + a 45lb dog and this was a perfect fit for us. We could have easily had local family over for dinner because the common space is spacious, the table seats 6 and the bar seats 3 more! We will absolutely be back to this condo in the future. We also LOVED that Snow Creek Athletic Club was included in our stay.

Cozy, well appointed & great location

My husband and I spent four nights here, along with our dog, Scout, to celebrate a birthday. Everyone enjoyed the trip and the condo met our needs very well. Since the unit is on the ground floor, it was easy to let Scout out for bathroom breaks (on a leash, of course) or for walks. We loved exploring the Mammoth Creek meadow and pedestrian path which are easily accessed from the Snowcreek property. We did find that it took several hours for the condo to warm up after our arrival, so it might be a good idea to plan to arrive, drop bags, turn up the thermostats, and then go out to dinner or take a long hike. :) We used the fireplace one night. We struggled to get the provided logs to light until we picked up some Duraflame firestarter bricks from the store. After that, no problem at all! (Left one we didn't use for the next guest.) Guests should know that there are no drawers or dressers for unpacking, but two luggage stands are provided. If traveling with children, not sure where they'd put their stuff. There is a small closet in the bedroom which we also used for hanging items. Picking up the keys and returning them was super easy, with simple, clear instructions for after-hours service. This condo is very nicely appointed and is a perfect cozy getaway in Mammoth.

Overall, the place was fantastic. The location was super convenient and easy. Everything worked perfectly. It was difficult to turn the TV on in the living room. There were no instructions so maybe a print out would be helpful next time. Also, the TV in the master bedroom doesn't get all the channels and the quality is not the best. But we didn't go to mammoth to watch TV so it didn't bother us too much.
