Second floor 3 Bedroom condo at Sandpiper Bay Golf Club in Beautiful Sunset Beach. Master bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom bedroom 2 has 2 Twin size beds and bedroom 3 has one queen. Flat-screen television in the living room and master bedroom. Streaming Channels Only. Free Wifi included. Full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the views of the beautiful pond from the screened-in porch

Indoor & Outdoor Pool amenity is at the Village Activity Center in Sea Trail Villas Resort just 5 minutes away.

Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach. Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and easy access to numerous other courses. Enjoy a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.

Sunset Beach is also just a 1/2 hour north of Myrtle Beach where shopping shows and great food awaits you.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Very nice comfortable experience

My family and I really enjoyed our time. Location of property was great for golf, beach, and close to restaurants. Condo was fully stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Golf outing

We were staying for a golf tournament and the unit was a great location. We did not eat in but had everything we needed for coffee and drinks.

Great place! Very comfortable and easy to get around. Location was great. Only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because the TV in master bedroom didn't work and the fridge did not really keep anything cold. But overall very happy with the place!

A getaway for two

Quiet neighborhood. Spacious. Cute condo. Pretty view over the pond. Close to all the places we like, Calabash, Myrtle Beach, Holden Beach, and OIB.

Golf Escape

Three of us got away for a bit of golf. Could not have picked a better location. Away from the frenzy that is Myrtle Beach and within 15 min of several golf courses. Hope to back next year.

Short stay. Our needs were met. Would stay here again. Clean. New carpet. Full kitchen. Wish there was a Keurig. Thanks for sharing your condo. We will rent again.

Beautiful condo.

The Condo was beautiful inside and outside. Brought the kids and grandkids. Only minutes from the ocean. The screened porch and view of the fountain was excellent. Super clean and all of the amenities needed. Will 100% come back. Property managers were very responsive. Highly recommended place

What a difference a year makes

Second time staying at this property. We had some issues this time. However, the management company promptly rectified them and we were up and running again in a couple of days. They even brought us another refrigerator. Shame we lost the use of the closet in the master bedroom though. Notice: Master bedroom has no closet.

Overall very nice property in a family friendly community. Only 3 miles to Sunset Beach pier. Other local beaches within short driving distance. Municipal parks near by for smaller children and teens. One hour drive to either Wilmington or Myrtle Beach. Only issue with property was no key for the community pool as advertised. Had to rely on strangers to let us in the facilities. On three occasions we arrived at the pool to find no one there to let us in; therefore, we were unable to use the facilities.

Sunset Beach trip

Overall nice place to stay, couple of comments: after traveling all night....4 pm check-in time is pretty late. Ironing board but no iron which was inconvenient, thankfully we had family there, to borrow one. Picures of the place showed a keurig and with a late check-in time of 4 pm we went to the store first. Bought k-cup coffee, then had to go back to the store to get different coffee for Atomatic drip. No blow dryer and no communication regarding key card for pool. We figured it out from a grounds keeper and searched through drawers to locate it. I feel there could have been better communication in condo about it. We would rent again though.

A Great Condo - Disappointed No Pool Access

We have stayed in Sandpiper Bay condos for many years and we love them. They are close to the beach and many other attractions and restaurants. This year, we were not left with a pool key and that was difficult and disappointing. When we contacted the management of the listing, we were repeatedly told there is nothing they can do and we should just try to "find a way in to the pool". For a condo that was listed with access to two pools and we paid for this, it was difficult, uncomfortable, and not right to "find a way in". We ended up only using the pool one time because we were not able to get in unless someone was there and willing to open the gate. This aspect of the trip was disappointing to my kids. The condo itself was beautiful and clean. The door lock code was temperamental and sometimes didn't work correctly. We managed, though.

Beach Vacation

I will start with the good list because it is short. The condo was clean, quiet, good supplies abd had good space. The cons of this stay: The check in process was non existent since the office was closed on the 26th (understandable due to Christmas). We did receive text messages with directions. The frustrating part was that we drove 11 hours and if there was someone in the office it would have been great to check in before 4pm. The beds were the worst things I have ever slept on. My back was in so much pain I could barely walk the whole time we were down there. We left a day early because of this. The indoor pool/jacuzzi was supposed to be heated. The heater was broken and was supposed to be closed the whole week. We were not informed of this prior to coming down. The staff did not communicate because the very nice woman working at the clubhouse did not know that the pool was supposed to be closed. Not her fault or the man fixing the pool - just poor communication between the companies involved. We most likely would not stay again unless significant improvements are made.
