Enjoy the beautiful golf course views from the enclosed all season 2nd floor porch, with sliding glass windows, One of the few buildings with an elevator. The fully equipped kitchen includes stove and dishwasher. This is a one bedroom (800 sq.ft.) fully furnished golf villa in Champions at Sea Trail. Unit sleeps 2. Within walking distance to the newly renovated Sea Trails Convention Center and Bistro55, https://www.seatrail.com/55bistrobar/. Located 2 miles from Sunset Beach and 3 miles from Calabash (great sea food). Sea Trail has three golf courses. Champions Condos have their own gated outdoor pool. No cleaning chores at checkout, that is what the cleaning fee is for.

When you check out the only action, we request is that you place your trash in the dumpster.
You do NOT have to strip the beds or any other actions, you are on vacation, and that is what the cleaning fee is for. Also please make sure to close all of the sliding glass windows on the porch.
