All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Hunter's Knoll is one of our favorite Savannah vacation rentals. It is located on Lincoln Street in the Historic District South near Forsyth Park, with its spectacular fountain. With beaches, historic sites, Southern food and hospitality, shopping, and nightlife, Savannah offers plenty of activities to enjoy. To find the best low boil or other Southern cuisines, ask for suggestions from local residents.

Consider taking a riverboat cruise or trolley car tour; visit the birthplace of Juliet Gordon Low, the founder of the Girl Scouts; or explore the historic districts and waterfront. Savannah is known as America's most haunted city. So take a guided ghost tour especially around Halloween.

On nearby Tybee Island, you can enjoy the beaches, visit the lighthouse, check out the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion, explore the Tybee Island Marine Science Center, or go to Fort Pulaski National Monument. Other activities include bird watching, kayaking, jet-skiing, watching the cargo ships, renting a boat to explore on your own, or charter a fishing expedition or cruise. The entertainment at the Tybee Post Theatre includes movies, live music, and live theatre performances.

Annual events in the Savannah area include the polar plunge on Tybee Island, Georgia Days Celebration, Mardi Gras on Tybee Island, Savannah Irish Festival, the Seafood Festival on the River, Fourth of July on the Beach, the Tybee Island Labor Day Weekend Beach Bash, the Savannah Jazz Festival, Tybee Island Pirate Fest, the Savannah Harbor Boat Parade of Lights, a Holiday Tour of Homes, Christmas on the River and Lighted Parade, and Tybee's New Year's Eve fireworks.

Where to Stay

If you are looking for Savannah vacation homes, the exterior of Hunter's Knoll says, "Welcome to Savannah." with a combination of Southern charm and a modern look. The wrought iron stair and balcony railings add elegance. The wooden double entry doors invite you to enter. The double glass doors to the balcony say, "Throw us open and enjoy the view." The numerous windows let you know that the interior is well-lit. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it sleeps ten. Everything you want is provided including a private entrance, self-check-in, keypad, deadbolt lock, outdoor lighting, heating, air conditioning, and free parking. Best of all, you can pack light because Hunter's Knoll provides so many amenities including WiFi.

Upon entering, you view the second-floor stairway and an open foyer and living room combination. The large living room features a bay window and a beautiful fireplace on a slanted wall. With ample seating and a large-screen television, the living room will be a gathering place. A door leads to the kitchen for easy access to snacks.

The large u-shaped kitchen offers a breakfast bar with three stools and a table and chairs. For quick snacks or full meals, the kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, cooking basics, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, full-size refrigerator-freezer, and dishwasher. A sliding glass door in the kitchen provides access to a deck with a table and chairs, so you can eat or enjoy a cup of coffee outdoors.

The master bedroom off the kitchen offers a large bed, two chairs, a large-sçreen tv, a bench, a nightstand, and lots of closet space. The master bathroom has double sinks, double mirrors, long vanity with lots of storage space, a toilet, and a large walk-in shower.

The front upstairs bedroom has a large bed, long dresser, bookcase, armchair, and a bay window. The bathroom has a large sink, toilet, mirror, shelving, and large walk-in shower

The third bedroom has a large bed, two dressers, a nightstand, and sliding glass doors accessing a patio. The bathroom has a vanity with a single sink and storage, mirror, toilet, and large walk-in shower.

The half bathroom downstairs has a large vanity with storage, a toilet, a medicine cabinet, and a mirror.

Towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hairdryer, hangers, iron, and ironing board are provided by Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in their Savannah vacation rentals. So you don't have to worry about forgetting anything. A washer and dryer are also included.

For your safety, a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher are standard in Southern Belle Vacation Rentals' Savannah vacation homes.

This home sleeps 6 guests in the 3 bedrooms, and then there is a sleeper sofa and queen sized air mattress available in the home, sleeping up to 10 guests.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

Guests with Pets
If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
