Nicely furnished 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 6. This unit is
located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building and walking distance
to Eagle Lodge and across from the Golf Course. Enjoy a full kitchen, 50 inch
flat screen smart TV, stereo and wood burning fireplace that you can cozy
around on the large sectional couch. The master bedroom features a King size
bed and the loft features a Queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the
living room. The master and the loft feature an en-suite private full
bathroom. The loft has a work space desk which is great if you must do some
remote working or schooling, with high speed WiFi! This light and bright condo
has Mountain views and overlooks the community Tennis courts from the private
balcony. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"),
jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, fitness room, laundry facilities, and a pool
and BBQ area (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is
pet friendly (one pet allowed upon approval). All guests receive complimentary
full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor
heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle
studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot
with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests
will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is
