Nice beach condo but still recovering from hurricanes

The management office staff was great - friendly & responsive, good communication. However the property was still recovering from the hurricane & seemed to be needing some care. The first floor of the building was still undergoing repairs from water damage, with a slight smell of mold or mildew. The office was inoperable due to the hurricanes, with the management staff accessible by phone but mo amenities such as shuffleboard equipment available. The unit itself seemed a bit in need of cleaning - the bathroom was particularly dusty & the bathroom floor needed a serious mopping. There was a stain on the bedspread & dusty windowsills throughout the unit. Also it would have been nice to have a few more toilettries - there was only one tiny bar of soap & 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults staying 4 nights. I could go on. On the bright side, the refrigerator was very clean, there was nice laminate flooring in the common areas and bedrooms & there were plenty of towels. The decorations were cute - typical beach vibe done well.

Considering all the clean up that was necessary post hurricane, the facility was well maintained. My unit was comfortable and clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable.

Overpriced for the property

The apartment has not been refreshed in quite a while. There was mold on the ceiling and in the shower. The bathroom sink didn't work properly. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable as was the dining room. The blinds did not all open. Location to the beach was good. This apartment complex is mostly for elderly retirees which is fine for quiet neighbors. This was a pricey experience not worth repeating.

Cousin birthday celebration`

My cousin and I had a great time at St. Pete Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable and a short walk from the beach. It's in an area with alot of restaurants and shops. We took a 2 hour kayak tour and had fun.

Check in/out was easy. Close to beach access. Only negative was that the apartment seemed cluttered and bathroom needs a deep cleaning (tile grout dirty and shower curtain with mildew).

Great Condo a block from the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Everything available from towels, kitchen cooking supplies to beach chairs. A/C worked great and the building was quiet. We would take at this place again.

This place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. So close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff were outstanding to work with and went above and beyond. We’ll definitely come back.

Convenient location to beach!

Comfortable space that is close to the beach. Unit AC temperature limited to 72 degrees, so if you like a cooler temperature, not the place for you. Everything else was great!

Wonderful stay

Great stay here! Check in was easy, location is great. We loved walking down to toasted monkey and the beach. We did have a hard time initially finding it, due to poor building signs. If we didn’t have the map that was sent in an email, it would have been much harder. Grubhub, Walmart grocery delivery and DoorDash had a horrible time finding it and I typically had to go outside and meet them. Great beds, not a lot of electrical plugs in rooms, dim light at night, good couches and tv was great đŸ™ŒđŸ» Would stay here again.
