Rejuvenation awaits in our bright and spacious 2nd floor condo with on-site pool! After enjoying the fun and sun at nearby Upham Beach, you can unwind in the welcoming open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a cozy corner that's perfect for board games. Be refreshed with a great night's sleep in our primary bedroom with king bed and private en suite bathroom, or the 2nd bedroom with queen bed. We also offer a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with easy access to the 2nd bathroom.

I was very grateful for this kitchen - it was actually stocked really well with spices, oils, etc, which is rare in rentals now! If you don't want to cook, there were quite a few restaurants within quick walking distance which made things much easier. But let's get to the good stuff! The beach!!! It took a max of 5 mins to walk the block down to the beach, and I say 5 mins because I had kids with me so it likely will take less than 5 mins if no kids. I absolutely love this beach and have been there many times, and this location is amazing. Within the condo is a washer & dryer, plenty of beach stuff to bring to the water, and the condo is extremely spacious and updated. For anyone wondering, because this is important to some, the showers have great pressure! The owner is very kind and has wonderful communication. Hope to visit again soon!!!

Quick trip to St Pete Beach

Property was perfect for our short getaway. Great location…short walk to beach and restaurants. Clean, neat, and comfortable. Owner communicated quickly and was very helpful. Easy check-in and nice neighbors. Would certainly recommend.

Gem by the Gulf

Perfect place for a getaway. St. Pete beach is beautiful. The condo is an amazing location. You really do not need a vehicle at this location. Beach, restaurants, bakery and shops are a short walk. Condo is clean and efficient. Great place for a small family or couple.

Great stay

Condo was in good shape and communication with owner is great, location is very close to beach. Only negative was that about of places are still closed from damage from the hurricane.

Great condo on St Pete Beach

This was the perfect 2nd floor condo with just a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive and great to work with! I highly recommend this for anyone seeking 2BR/2BA accommodations.

Shortened Stay due to Helene

Megan was a great host and communicated promptly from beginning. This is the 4th time we have stayed at The Waves, yet this was the best unit by far! The property has been updated and has plenty of space for the whole family. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short and go to Orlando because of Hurricane Helene. Megan was very quick to respond once evacuation notices came out and refunded us right away. I hope everything is okay with this great little condo after the storms. Will definitely be back in the future!

Great Place

We loved the heated pool, and how close the beach was! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The area has so many great restaurants but it was still quiet. We would definitely come back.

Great St. Pete Beach Getaway

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was very spacious, clean, and well laid out, with everything we needed for dining in, with a great location for exploring the nearby dining scene and of course hitting the beach! Laundry in the unit was an added bonus. We also appreciated the lightning quick response from our host- when we first arrived, the water was not turned on; we messaged her through VRBO and she called me within 5 minutes, to let me know she had contacted the property manager and that everyone was already sorting things out. Luckily, within 15 minutes the water was on- some scheduled maintenance for the whole property had been delayed by a day, and things quickly resolved. I was really happy to get in touch with someone so quickly, having heard horror stories. Not here! And it was a fantastic stay. We will definitely be looking for this place again the next time we are in the area!

Waves close to the Beach and Woody's.

The property was located just two blocks from Upham Beach. Very spacious and comfortable two bedroom, two bath overlooking the pool. Well stocked kitchen. Beach chairs and towels provided for two people. Restaurants, shops, bakeries, convenience store, ice cream within walking distance. Loved it all.

Place was very clean and orderly. We left a day early. Very noisy. They were replacing the roof, and had large equipment in back replacing the telephone poles.

Vacation at the beach

The property was beautifully located within 5 minutes from the beach. It was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. It included a very nice swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay tremendously

Exactly as advertised

Nice unit inside. Second bedroom closet light was not working and the roofers were making ALOT of noise the first day. Was a great spot overall and definitely would stay again if l were in the area.

Attend a funeral in the area

This was an excellent property, just as advertised. The property manager was very responsive when I called late on the evening of our check-in. Friendly neighbors in the building, I recommend this property to anyone looking to be near St Pete Beach.
