The Little Farmhouse was a great escape from the big city for our family. Caroline was thoughtful in every detail in the Farmhouse. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we especially loved snuggling up next to the fireplace and watching some movies. Thank you, Caroline, for a lovely stay - we will definitely be back!

Our new home away from home!
This little farmhouse is perfect for my wife and I. We hope to stay here again as we continue our discovery of this wonderful island as we contemplate a move to the PS area.
Caroline has thought of every detail and anticipated every need as a professional and responsive host. The space itself is finished with high quality materials, has good natural light and a charming and romantic ambiance.
We highly recommend Caroline and her Little Farmhouse.

About Caroline Flohr Brooks

Caroline Flohr Brooks purchased this House in 2016
Why Caroline Flohr Brooks chose Bainbridge Island
Located in the old farming neighborhood of Eagledale, on the south side of Eagle Harbor, homesteaders built their farmhouse on this acreage in 1906. Old fruit trees, evergreens, and big leaf maples grace the land. We are the fourth owners and have returned full life to the old homestead, making it our home, our sanctuary. Private and sunny you'll feel miles away from the world, and yet it's just minutes to the town of Winslow-Bainbridge Island's downtown corridor, and a short ferry ride to downtown Seattle. This is ol' Bainbridge living at its best...We love it here!
What makes this House unique
WHY YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME: You'll hear coyotes cackle, owls hoot, and eagles squawk. While sipping morning coffee the deer will graze on your front lawn. You'll walk miles of trails from forest to beaches and back again while your favorite companion runs free beside you. You'll spot owls staring back at you from limbs of old growth cedars, eagles soaring above, and gaggles of geese migrate as the day progresses. You'll pick buckets of blackberries ripened by the summer sun. On clear evenings, you'll see the milky way and stars shooting across the dark sky. The sounds, sights, and touches of nature will fill you up. This is what makes the Little Farmhouse special.
