As you enter in through the front door there is a welcoming open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area. This property has a fully updated kitchen that is equipped with stainless steel appliances. The living features sleeper sofa, seating and flat screen tv. To your right is the first guest bedroom which has a full closet and TV. The next room on the right is a full guest bathroom. The last guest room on the right has two full beds and a TV for your comfort and enjoyment. The master bedroom which is at the end of the hallway and to your left has a king bed and tv, as well as an en suite bathroom. In Unit B, you will enter the stairs of this beautiful vacation property that has plenty of outdoor seating on both floors. This property has wrap-around balconies for your relaxation and enjoyment! As you enter the front door of the property right in front of you is the open-concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully updated and the cozy living room is to your right. You will find a second sleeper sofa in this living room with additional seating and flat screen tv. If you turn down the short hallway to your right first there will be a full guest bathroom that has a walk-in shower.
At the end of that hallway is a guest bedroom that has a full walk-in closet and TV! Back to the front door entrance, there is a staircase to your immediate right.
Up the staircase to your immediate right is an entrance/ exit for the second-floor wrap-around balcony. To your immediate left on the second floor is a guest bedroom with a full closet and TV! As you turn down that hallway the Third guest bedroom in the house is a bunk room with two full beds and a full closet. Continuing down the hallway, on the left of you the first hallway closet has an in-unit washer and dryer. Then the last room on the right is a double sink full guest bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.
At the very end of the hallway is the fourth bedroom which has a full closet and TV. It also has double French doors that lead out to the top balcony where you can enjoy any sunset or sunrise. This property has a very large pool area for all the fun in the sun that you can enjoy. It also has an outdoor shower, grill, and plenty of outdoor seating and lounging areas.
There is a brand new public exercise pad located next to the property for guests to use.

This property allows one dog under 35lbs - there is an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee.
